Last time I had a KFC from here it was very dry and over cooked! but today it was excellent. I did have to wait about 8 minute's because they was cooking a fresh batch. But must say BEST chicken from a KFC for a long time!
Good ol' KFC always provides reliable food. This particular branch has in the past year or so gone from old, out of date and pretty lacking to a much better experience overall. Food is better, experience in store is better, service is better, literally everything!

Menu is now back to normal apart from krushems and rice box. disappointed with KFC over the last month regarding delivery of their stock the limited menu was absolutely a joke the store should have closed down & had a Spring Clean until the delivery company got rectified. Apart from that KFC ticks most of my boxes I eat here at least twice a week most weeks sometimes maybe more the wicked Zinger Tower burger meal is my favourite along with the 3 piece variety meal.
Been here regularly over the last few years and felt it's time for some feedback. Can't believe the scores but I believe people are motivated into action more by complaining that praising. Genuinely never had an issue myself: the staff are always friendly and the food comes quick, hot and correct. Even if you ask them to tailor the order, they're always happy to oblige. Recent refurb looks nice though I generally use the drive through.

Always use your app to order as you get some good deals and dicounts which would not be available inside.
I hadn't visited a KFC since my son was young,this time, I had my great niece and nephew with me for an early evening meal. I'm not interested in pressing buttons so I asked if I could order from a person. The young man at the counter was most helpful and cheerful whilst serving me and constantly smiling. The meal was brought to us by an equally friendly young lady. It wasn't too busy for indoor eating, but the drive-through was pretty constant.
The food was piping hot and the same good quality chicken I remembered from over 30 years ago. The cost was also very fair and we thoroughly enjoyed our tea.
It's a shame there weren't more tables filled but as the evening wore on a few more came to eat inside, creating a bit of a buzz.
I enjoyed this experience and will do it again soon.
james and sheela are the best on tills, the man with beard on food is helpful too. im a regular customer these guys dont make errors. rest of team take notes as some others are unfriendly and get orders wrong.
There was a slight delay in service delivery. The customer service and payment were swift.
