There is only one word to describe this place FANTASTIC FANTASTIC FANTASTIC the staff are lovely, nothing is to much trouble for them. The carvery is amazing. If you like breakfast an all you can eat buffet will set you up for the day until tea time. The price is unbeatable. Good clean pub. Keep up
This has got to be one of the best carveries locally. They have lots of choice of meat and vegetables, the gravy is delicious too. Staff are lovely cheerful and friendly.
Only downside is the smoking area is right ourside and the smell drifts through into the pub so if you hate the smell the sit fur
This was THE BEST naan wrap I've had in 25 years. It is most definitely a must for anyone who can get there. I'm really disappointed because it's so far from where I live and I was only there by chance. If I am near the vacinity again then it will most definitely be on my check list. Absolutely gorg
Yum..yum yum....yum. Go for it. The best carvery in town...friendly staff...good coffee. Bargain price. Breakfasts are amazing. Only 'flaw' (not really a flaw..sorry) but a little kinda open so no privacy...but I regularly forgo that for their great food. Xxx
Really good. Went today for Sunday carvery. Staff very pleasant and not too long a wait considering it was a Sunday lunchtime. Food was very good all round and very good value for money. Will go again. I'd recommend.
Was dubious about going after reading the reviews but so glad we did. Great atmosphere, staff made it is feel so welcome and nothing was too much trouble and the good was amazing. We will definately be back on a regular basis!!
Great carvery for the money, good choice of meats, beef, pork, gammon, turkey along with a superb choice of fresh veg including spouts, peas, sweetcorn, white cabbage, broccoli, carrots, mash, roast potatoes, boiled potatoes all served by friendly staff.
Excellent, tasty and hot food! Meat really tender, gravy delicious. Quick service. And what a bonus one child eats free with every one paying adult!!
The carvery at the 'PLT' is always a great meal. Good choice of meat and vegetables - and different types of gravy!
Great value for money - don't expect haute cuisine just expect proper good nosh for a proper good price!
Have visited twice for lunch over the last couple of months - carvery chosen as very good value. Beers also at a good price. Owners used to run The Thorns Pub in Quarry Bank. Cradley's gain.
Very underated at the moment cos place just getting started and not advertized enough. Went in on off chance and saw what people were eating so tried it. Great place. Had a fun game of poole and a good pint. Prefer pork scratching to pork crunch! Will definitely go again and again. Nice atmosphere and friendly.
