Part of the Black Country Ales brand. Nicely furnished with real fire and clean throughout. Sport on the tv and radio in the background. I enjoyed a Jennens ale and hard scratchings for £4.85. I wanted to get a card for the ticking off each of the pubs 8n the chain, but was told not available until the new year. Certainly worth visiting

Good choice of ales my friend asked for a bread roll and although it was late in the evening the barmaid made her a fresh one. Excellent service

Great pub. Haven't been in for a while and had a lovely couple of drinks with the wife before a meal. Great atmosphere in there, and it was only 5.30!! Beer was kept well and a great selection of ales. Staff were really friendly as well. A great start to our date night!!

This pub really surprised me, the landlady is a real credit to Black Country Ales. A warm welcome, plenty of banter, and decent choice of ciders, ales, lager and craft ales. Locals were friendly, and the outside area is perfect on a summers day. An old school boozer but without that spit and sawdust vibe, this is a but more modern but not hipser, clean decor and a nice atmosphere which makes the phrase "One More?..." come into play more often than not. Will definitely come again.

Went, in for a drunk, game of darts. I found the landlady, landlord to be very friendly. The selection of real ales, were of top quality. My son and myself, opted for a 5% pale ale, this was actually fantastic condition, beautifully crafted, poured well from the pull.
