First time here.. won't be my last.. lovely country pub.. I'd book tho if I was u.. service brillant.. clean pub.. food amazing.. big outside area for kids aswell.. Will defo recommend

Lovely little get away place from busy city life nice and cozy inside and you do feel welcome.
Excellent evening, we were a group.of 6 adults. 6 kids and everything we ordered was spot on. The staff were fantastic, super friendly and polite. We'll definitely be returning.

Really enjoyed visiting The Black Horse on Friday. We were new to the area. The staff were so lovely and helpful. Lisa was especially helpful giving advice about the local area.

We are always made to feel welcome and even part of the family... Jackie and the team are fantastic. This is a pub that I wish I lived next door too. Fantastic County Pub feel with a family friendly atmosphere, food is always of good

You were left alone to eat. Wasn't too loud.
No blaring music while your trying to eat and talk.
Prices were very reasonable.
My only upset was the drinking glasses my friend and I had were filthy, they were sticky and cloudy.
We have lunch at The Black Horse, Illey Lane every Wednesday. The food is well presented and good value for money. The staff are lovely and have got to know us now as we go regularly and we always get a warm welcome. The only downside this week was the Sizzler Loyalty App was down and we were unable
Came in today for lunch. Had the surf and turf.. it was amazing. The chef was spot on cooking the steak how I like it. Staff very friendly and the place was clean. Would recommend the place to anyone wanting a nice meal .
Very hard working, attentive staff. Very hot day, working in high temperatures but no complaining heard. Food very good quality for the price, efficient service despite being under staffed. The Team are a credit to the pub.
Staff were extremely polite and helpful. Made our dining experience much more relaxing and enjoyable. Lisa was extremely patient and warming towards me and my family. Made the visit much less stressful.
I love this pub , the food is always nice and the service is good , I have only 2 issues , there seems to be a lot of flies inside the pub and it's quite off putting when they are trying to land on your food I think maybe the pub should invest in some of those electric fly zappers and also the chil
Best food me And my partner had in long time around Stourbridge Kidderminster and halesowen best value hot service so fast definitely going back deals they have thro the week highly recommended
