Along the dying streets of halesowen is this little gem! It's worth driving to halesowen just to try the deluxe cream tea! Bubbly staff and elegant atmosphere. Forget overpriced afternoon tea in a synthetic five star hotel instead come here for a 5 pound deluxe cream tea and chat with the locals!
It's such we lovely place. The food is reasonably priced and the staff are so friendly. The only thing I heard a customer say is that the young guy serving should have shorter nails when serving food, which is correct. The young lady with the vintage jumper on was really nice. Will return.
A really quaint little tea room right in the middle of Halesowen. The decor is so pretty and the atmosphere is perfect. The tea is served in proper china cups and saucers. Why does it always taste better in proper China? 😊 We had a couple of paninis and a child's lunchbox today and it was delicious. Our little 4 year old guest was treated like a mini adult - she felt very important. The food was presented beautifully and tasted fantastic. Whilst seated in this lovely cafe you can imagine you're on holiday somewhere, not in the middle of a busy town centre. This was my first visit but it definitely won't be my last Thank you to everyone who served us today.
Fab little Tea Room. Great staff, lovely coffee and good food. Friend had the tea and said it was a fab cuppa - she liked the China cups, saucers and tea pot and the little bottle that the milk was served in.
Really nice atmosphere in the cafe and lovely old 40's and fifties music playing in the back ground. Its a very refreshing change to be greeted with a smile and a hello from staff members. Will pop in again next time I'm in Halesowen.
The English rose tea room is one of the nicest tea rooms I have visited there hot chocolates are to die for and they make a lovely cornbeef sandwich.
It is a very clean place and charge reasonable prices it is a very friendly atmosphere and the staff are lovely people with amazing qualities they are always dressed smartly and are always very polite.
It is a great place to just go and relax or have a catch up a friend or family member and is a suitable place to take child as they don't only cater for adults but for children to.

I work at a local bank. Gemma was kind enough to donate us an afternoon tea voucher for our raffle to raise money for the narional death childrens society. This was very kind of them. Thank you
Fantastic place to go..fabulous music and decor that offers the nurturing feeling of cosy food and drink that is served with genuine care.....as a customer we are always treated as friends rather than a number on a seat...love it x🌸

Top qual. No tourist cretins, divvy chavs or pitiful fashion victims here. No council estate tracksuit dunces either, just a traditional establishment - drink your tea in peace.
