Went for a meal while i was visiting family, i had a surf and turf, it was beautiful.. everything was cooked to perfection and i was able to add the scampi which i was very happy about.. well done to the chef that was there about 8pm, would return and recommend. Thank you... keep up the good work �
Real community pub,,very friendly, the sort of place you could go and have a meal/drink by yourself. Always enjoy our visits. Food is typical pub food but on the whole very good. Good mix of different age groups too which I like.
We visited for my nan and grandads diamond wrdding anniversary. There were 11 of us in total. The staff were very friendly and attentive. The food was great. All served together and hot. The food was of very good quality. Would definately visit again. Thanks for a lovely meal for a lovely occasion

Went for Sunday lunch, the pub was dirty, where we sat the wood work was disgusting the toilets was dirty.
Waited for food,the veg was not cooked beef was chewey asked for baby potatoes they was done that much in the microwave they was nothing to them. This used to be a good pub needs a good clean and someone to change the light bulbs

Mothers Day meal yesterday for 13. Good choice on the menu. Excellent food and excellent service even though staff were under extreme pressure due to high volume of customers. Highly recommended.

Went to the Motown night last Saturday and had a great night. Ryan looked after us extremely well, and the food was excellent. Good local pub & highly recommended.
The new Tuesday quiz is great - no phones, no music, just pen and answer paper - much better and lots of teams and people there!! Good prizes too, with a bonus jackpot question at the end.
I've been to the Royal Oak on the last working day before Christmas for the last 33 years. We have a bite to eat and several drinks. Always had good food and good service and some great memories their.�����

First time visit today to The Royal Oak, having passed many times before but not stopped off to check it out and give a review before.
The staff member who served me at the bar was polite, happy and friendly - giving a warm welcome from the start. Everyone else working here give off the same impression too.
Music at a comfortable level, temperature and light all just right for a great relaxed visit.
Outside at front and back, there is tonnes of space to sit. With sheltered spots for that British weather.
Only one small note for improvement, but doesn't impact my visit at all. Could do with getting one of the Gents toilet door locks repaired and the soap dispenser. There was soap there in a bottle on the side though.
Very glad popped in here this afternoon just for a drink this time, will definitely return again and try some of the food too as looked delicious! Thanks for the nice experience.

Royal Oak is a British pub style place close to Halesowen with a nice kitchen that makes tasty food. There is a huge sitting area and an extension outside if you want to get some fun. They also have free parking and do one of those scan codes to make orders online. The wait time wasn't bad too. Nice experience all together.
It is my local, the food is excellent, especially the rib of beef I had last night, the service is good as well and I feel the staff look after the customers well. I am going again tomorrow for a lunchtime meal with a friend, who also enjoyed her meal last time we went there. I am so glad it is my local pub and restaurant, as now we don't have to drive for miles on a cold wintry night to get superb food.

Came for my Moms birthday yesterday for dinner and some drinks, there was 11 of us. The food was amazing and so was the service from Paige, Steph, Hollie and Aimee. Had a great celebration, can’t recommend enough!
Food was good. We enjoyed it. My husband had gammon, daughter has chicken pie & I had chicken Tikka. We all had starters. All good.
The food was very tasty, we were a party of 10 on a very busy Friday night and the staff looked after us well. All 3 courses were great. Karaoke was busy and very entertaining. Lovely pub and lovely staff.
It was mother's day so busy, but ur staff were very efficient, and always smiling, nothing was you much trouble.
Food was nice and good value.
This is a great pub and today's visit was suburb. Had a brilliant meal that was cooked well and quality ingredients with terrific service.

Our experience with breakfast with Santa was seamless had both our grandsons with us one only having come out of plaster after a very bad break of his leg 2 days before so were obviously very nervous from the reception by the elves to Santa and Mrs Claus was a wonderful experience for us all add to that a very well cooked delicious full English you had a very happy nan,grandad and grandsons would highly recommend the venue to everyone top drawer from start to finish,many thanks to all involved

I recently visited The Royal Oak pub in Halesowen and it exceeded all my expectations! The service was exceptionally friendly and the staff were so helpful with advice on drinks and food. The menu was two pages of deliciousness and the drinks selection was really impressive. The food itself was amazing; the portions were large and flavoursome. I had the steak and chips which was cooked perfectly and was of top quality. The atmosphere was relaxed and it was a great place to catch up with friends. I would highly recommend The Royal Oak in Halesowen for anyone looking for a great evening out!

The new menu is absolutely amazing! Whoever was in the kitchen tonight cooked our steaks perfectly! The staff on the bar were very friendly and accommodating too, can’t wait to go back!
Friendly staff, excellent service unfortunately some of our first choices from the online menu were not available but we easily chose something else.
