Food and drink amazing, staff amazing and couldn’t do enough, surroundings amazing !! Absolutely loved it would highly recommend!!!!
A very enjoyable meal was had by all even those who chose something off the menu apart from the cream tea & various other delights. The service was very good also served by pleasant, polite staff, top marks thank you

Our party travelled from North Wales, Burnley and Mottram and well worth it too.

Had a great Mothers Day visit to Victor's. Service and general atmosphere was great and food was truly excellent. Black cod fantastic and fillet steak one of the best I've had. Full marks Victor's!! �

The food was gorgeous the staff are brilliant until the end the night when we were leaving and the two Dorman start talking about you lads now home language Which felt a bit intimidated

Wow, these guys know how to craft the perfect Belgium sandwich. A refreshing and interesting menu to make a difference from the usual English sandwich menu. Really relaxing space downstairs for working and enjoying the food.

The food here is lovely, it's pretty inside however service is extremely slow and the restaurant was practically empty when we arrived. When we arrived we hadn't even sat down yet and was asked what we'd like to drink LOL can we sit down and see the menu first? It then took 30 minutes for the server to come back and take our drinks and food order. This made the wait for food feel even longer and the kids complaining didn't help. Once we finally got our starters it was lovely. The crab and tempura shrimp were delicious. The server himself was very nice. The wine list needs work, we tasted about 4 different wines and it was awful so we opted for cocktails instead these were lovely. The Tomahawk was nice, but the sauces tasted burnt. At this point, we've been there for over 2 hours and didn't bother complaining we just left it. The desserts were nice and came out very quickly, possibly pre-made. Then the wait for the bill... Our table was meant to be vacated within 2 hours we stayed nearly 3 hours(not by choice). Personally, we won't be dining here again but for those who do not mind waiting I'd say absolutely give it a try.
Beautiful restaurant, amazing food and great service. Really enjoyed our meal here, definitely worth the visit from Birmingham! Staff are very friendly, made recommendations with our order and an overall refreshing dining experience. Halal options too!
Lovely setting and afternoon tea experience, the only quibble was the service was a little slow. However, our waiter was very charming and knowledgeable about the food. The presentation of the afternoon tea was wonderful and my Mum was very taken with it.
Again! We brought new friends here today whom came visit the UK from Hong Kong. Our visitors enjoy so much with the environment and food. The sushi rolls are impressive as always, rarely to have this quality sushi in the town.
Fantastic all round and my absolute favourite restaurant.
Our first time here was delightful. Although my crispy squid were not so crispy, we couldn't fault the rest of the food. The desserts and mocktails in particular were outstanding.
The decor is stunning and the ambience very relaxed.
Our waiter Stewart was very sweet and attentive and he took extra care to inform us of food options compatible with our dietary requirements. This care and attention to detail has ensured that we will be returning again soon. 🙂

Positives -The steak was good quality. Tastes fantastic.
The sushi was pretty poor, theres far better sushi in manchester. The fish had very little flavour and was very dry, rice and vegetables etc in the sushi didn't taste fresh either. The wasabi was probably the best bit about the sushi.
The whole experience there was pretty poor. I appreciate we ordered two of their victors full sets and this is hand made fresh sushi but it took around 60 - 80 minutes for the food and as above was not to a standard youd wait that long. Its also not the best when one of the table is a 3 year old and one is pregnant. The service was dreadful. We waited a further 30 minutes after finishing for anyone to actually clear our table. It seems due to the over the top display the sushi comes out on, none of the servers wish to take them back due to the weight and effort. Our table seemed to be avoided like the plague. We had to speak with the manager at this point as it was dreadful. We were out for a birthday and wished to finish the meal with a cake we brought but no one was clearing the table. We gave up after the table was cleared and left. What should have been a 90 minute max experience was a long drawn out 2.5 hours.
I would have given this a 2 or 3 star review based on the above however we did speak with the manager directly and raise concerns around the lack of service and attentiveness. On our receipt he had removed the service and given us a 15% discount for our experience. This did go a long way as an apology and was appreciated. I am not sure I'll be back however.
Victors Hale is a very beautiful restaurant. The staff are amazing and oh, the food, is top notch! Jessica and Maddie were very efficient with the services we’ve got.
Had a fabulous meal here on Sunday! We had the full set of sushi which was so fresh and had a nice variety as well as some amazing starters and deserts. The service was really friendly and fast! The ambience was lovely, a wonderful experience!

Fantastic food in a beautiful establishment. The option of having a tapas style meal or starters and mains worked perfect for our table as a few of us like a taste of everything where as others liked a large meal. The cocktails were delicious and the service provided by Nicole was brilliant, she took good care of us and gave us great menu advice and recommendations.
Lovely food and friendly staff. We ordered a few starters and small plates between the two of us, and everything was delicious.
I have had the afternoon tea here before and that was a huge disappointment. Stick to the food menu if you visit!
I had an amazing experience here celebrating anniversary. Alice was helpful and attentive. We ordered crab spicy sushi roll, chicken streets, rib eye steaks and baked Alaska. 10/10 food and service.
