Had a fabulous evening here for a birthday meal. Even though we hadn’t booked and they were very busy, the lovely lady got us a table. Service was great and attentive. We were a walk-in and we’re immediately seated in a great seat. We were honestly shocked at how bad these reviews were when we checked. Ella was absolutely fabulous as a waitress!!! Handled my change in order incredible well and was great at answering my questions. A wonderful server. Very attentiv

Nice environment and nice place to eat out. Very friendly staff however I felt they may have been understaffed (not their fault) food was amazing and tasty. Pizza is my favourite and would recommend magraita or the ham mushroom &mascapone pizza.

Superb! What a difference from our previous visit over a year ago when we vowed never to go back. New management, new staff and a revitalised menu. Will now make it a regular treat. Food was fabulous and good value.

Food was good waiter was lovely, however there was quite a wait for food (about 45 minutes). They were very busy and I was in a large group so ut was understandable.

We've been coming there for years for great Italian pizza. They've had amazing chef who made best, proper Italian pizza in the county, but now he's gone. Thankfully they've found a new chef who cooks very well too. Worth visiting. The staff is lovely and the place itself has a nice atmosphere.

We have been several times, the staff are always very efficient and friendly. Good covid safety measures and the food as we've always found it was delicious. Thank you Hailsham Prezzo you are a great team providing an excellent service.

They seem to hurry to you for your order ,but very polite ,also I had a pizza specialy made as don't like tomatoes, so they made me basil and olive and mushroom best thing I've ever eaten thanks so much Also they accomadate wheelchairs ♿well done 👏thanyou .

Nice food most times and the servers are friendly. Sometimes things can be a little slow but generally ok.

We find Hailsham at best average, 3 stars. However, our grandchildren love it, always ask to go back here and give it 5 stars!

Birthday lunch for a friend, I had not been in for years because of 2 bad experiences, bad service and bad food so wasn’t expecting much, was happily suprised😁new manager, service was great, food great will definitely go again
