We had a really nice lunch at B12! The staff were really welcoming and friendly right from the beginning, and the interior was cosy and comfortable.

We had a great evening at B12, all the staff were very attentive. The food was the winner, lamb chops were cooked perfectly, and the prawn linguine was delicious. To finish we had cocktails from the friendly bar staff, again nothing but perfection. We had a wonderful evening.
Went to a family members 80th Suprise Birthday bash. It was a fab place. Lovely staff. Fantastic food and drink. Loads of room but could do with a lift as most of our guests were elderly and stairs are an issue. But it did not spoil the event. Everyone enjoyed themselves
Celebrated our 22nd wedding anniversary there. Lovely from start to finish. Service and food first class, Live music from Tom Walker and Christabel which was fantastic. We had a chilled evening and will definitely be coming back. Thanks again.
B12 is always reliably good for a cocktail. They aren't too strong and they're not very big for the price of them but they're always nice enough. We popped in for a sharing board for lunch. The polenta chips were INCREDIBLE and the cauli cheese was not bad but the bread seemed a bit stale and chunky
Absolutely fantastic 👏 thank-you so much to all who made my friends birthday 🎂 we had a lovely time with beautiful food and drink ( highly recommend the pina colander)I had the hake ( highly recommended) ,the whole team went out of their way to make this a wholey enjoyable experience which it was.

Relaxed vibe, plenty of drinks to choose from including cocktails, draft beers and selection of wines. Great staff in there as well. Best bar/pub in Hailsham. Plus the food is great too

Because of Lisa and Adam I had the most amazing night they look after me and Worked together as a team they went the extra mile to make sure all the customers had a great night. Lisa was amazing the best!
Dropped into B12 as we were passing through. Just a fantastic find, such a warm welcome from Melvyn and the best coffee in Sussex. Cool decor, filled with happy customers and a great buzz - even at 11am! Will be back for food next time as everything looked delicious.
I looked at the lunch menu and found I would be happy to eat as a choice, not just one or two of the meals, but ALL of the food displayed on the menu.
The venue atmosphere was terrific and the staff were simply the best.
I have enjoyed many five star restaurants in my long life, but they do not hold

Lovely bar to sit relax and chill out . Great choice of beers wines and food . Fantastic atmosphere they really make you feel welcome. We love going there
