Pleasant staff, nice decor. Pints cost less than most bars.

Clean, lovely decorated, pub with good menu, scampi delicious, though chips a little dry. Good drinks selection. Great outdoor coffee and bagel area, parking across the road. 2pm reservation but place was empty and quite cold, polite staff.
My daughter hired out the upstairs room for our Grandson first birthday. Catering more than adequate tasty pizzas cooked on site and plenty of proper chips.

Stopped by for a cheeky wee Friday gin.... Really well mixed and presented.... Also indulged in the cocktail menu, awesome.
Had some sharing side orders, which were tasty and hot.... Will return to sample the lunch menu.
Bar staff were cheerful and really motivated.
Lovely and friendly pub , delicious food I had special starter followed by the highlander . Complements to the chef really tasty and well prepared food. Great service couldn't praise the waitress high enough. Will be back when passing next time.
Great services and food. They are working hard to look after customers during covid and doing a great job of it. Just had a delivery of food( they deliver cocktails and pints too ), it was all ace. My loaded fries were delicious 😋 👍
Excellent food for the price, a great place for families too as they have a play area. The fish and chips i had were to die for, the fish was fresh and the batter was lovely and crispy without being too greasy - not to mention only being £9 on a monday! The price of drink is what you expect for a Ha
We had another fantastic takeaway from The Green tonight. The food is consistently great and, as other have mentioned, the fish and chips are the best in East Lothian.

Cosy pub with good service, food and drink all reasonably priced. Had the macaroni cheese with pulled pork and fries which was very tasty and decently portioned. Very satisfying lunch which didn't leave me feeling too full.
Good food 👍 clean environment. Only dropping a star as staff not as attentive as they could be to the customers preferring to chat to each other. I noticed one couple had to ask twice where their meal was 🤔yet they were not busy.
The best fish n chips I've ever had. Great batter, fish was cooked to perfection, the chips were freshly made and the service was good. Highly recommend to anybody in Haddington!
Nice atmosphere, lovely friendly service, great range of gins, fab menu, food was really fresh and tasty, I would have given the place give stars but they don't have a cocktail menu, just a margarita and a couple of other options would be perfect!
Great food, excellent cocktails and perfect friendly service . Can't wait to visit again.
Love this pub, staff are really friendly and the food is great value for money, luckily it is just down the road. ....love it
