Excellent food! We loved our meal here. It's not cheap, but it's worth it. Our daughters aged 10, 14 & 17 all enjoyed their meals. Friendly welcome, polite, efficient and attentive service. Food was served quickly, but with sufficient time between courses. Wine list is quite cheap considering t
We have been in Cowes for part of the year over the last five years. This was our first visit to the Little Gloster. It was terrific. The food was excellent and the wine list very accessible. Even though a grey day being on the water is a treat. The service was friendly and relaxed. I had gravadlax
Probably one of the best restaurants on the Island. Lovely sea views and terrace, the dining room is beautiful and the food honestly was spot on. Big juicy oysters. The cod was cooked to perfection and the sirloin on the bone was clearly from a fantastic butcher, nicely aged. Staff were very friendl
The location and wonderful perspective for ocean views and sunsets sell it alone.. but the service and staff should also be mentioned as they really were exceptional. Very warm and helpful, from menu decisions to cocktail options everything felt very friendly and genuine. This is reinforced through
What a delightful evening. It's a hot and sultry one so we booked to be outside.☀️🍴 Good food, good service and a spectacular sunset. Menu wise, if you want choice, you need to like fish! 🐟 The three course set menu was good value if you like/want pasta. For a non fish eating person avoiding pasta
We booked the bay view room after seeing the Little Gloster on the channel 4 show "Four in a bed". This place is an absolute delight. It has great rooms which are light and airy and very clean. The bay view room that we stayed in had a coffee machine and we were also offered fresh milk. The staff we
This is a little gem of a beachfront restaurant in a charming spot. We've been going here for years. Food was very good today whereas out can be less good than it should be for the money - or we would go more often. Service is still patchy too. Drinks very slow to arrive, as usual. Some very good st
Seen this place on TV had to visit while at our holiday home for the weekend in Bembridge. On arrival we were greeted and taken to our table with a great view over The Solent. The atmosphere was very relaxed, while the place was buzzing with conversations all around the restaurant. A great selection
Lovely little restaurant on the north coast of the Isle of Wight. You get a beautiful view of the sunset from the outside tables for dinner. Helpful staff who will provide blankets when it cools down at night. Good fresh seafood - the lobster was amazing. They also have a few rooms that you can spen
Amazing food with beautiful presentation and great service. Would highly recommend a visit here not too overpriced for the quality. We will come again for sure!
Genuinely fine food, clearly made by talented chefs who care. Friendly, attentive service, and an attractive setting. Everything was just right and there were even interesting vegetarian options should you require them. Highly recommended.
We were nicely greeted. As we wanted one vegan meal, the waitress checked out the possibilities .The chef agreed to prepare something special. Very Nice indeed.! We were served with local garlic bread. OMG!Fantastic. The main courses were fine as well. .The Vegan option was relatively small portion
Absolutly stunning food , great friendly service !! Me and my husband and a 5 &7 year old made to feel very welcome , kids no problem! Nice wine and probably the nicest chicken main course ive eaten at an Italian restaurant. If i could give more stars i would. 10/10 deffinatly go back !!
An absolute 5 star stay we had for the night, fantastic room amazing views and Ben’s lovely! Keep up the good service
A special place in an excellent location. Perfect sunset drinks/ meal restaurant. An entire afternoon can easily be lost on the lawn enjoying the sun, boats and song on something cold. Pricing is a tad high but worth it.
The place is very comfy, you really feel like home. The food was absolutely delicious and on the specials menu yesterday they had a raspberry soufflé that was a show stopper of the evening. Recommended!
