We eat in a window alcove with a view over the golf area. The place had an old world charm and the service was good. There's a restaurant which looked busy. We wanted a snack and had nachos with guacamole, sour cream, jalapeño and salsa which looked homemade. We also opted for haggis on it as well which was crazy but scrummy. Would definitely recommend this place. It's off the main road so watch out for signs.

Excellent food and service. Even went out of their way to make us a special that was not on the menu. Highly recommend. Especially if you have a fat wallet.

Had a lovely meal... nachos and Cullen skink were amazing!! Great to be able to come with the dogs also. I didn't like my steak, meat was veiny. Which wasn't the staffs fault. I did bring this to the attention of the waitress to which the girl handled brilliantly and a full refund also. Will definitely be back.

Lovely atmosphere, great food, perfect spot after a walk on the beach. We've brought our dog along a few times too, the staff are always very warm and welcoming. A gem of a place.

A lovely lunch, tasty food and huge portions but they also have a smaller portion for children and people with a small appetite. Very welcoming and good prices.

Fabulous meal here last weekend. As always the staff are so friendly and welcoming. We love coming here as there's always plenty to choose from on the menu and the specials board is always a great hit too. We had a great night the four of us and it's reasonably priced too. Thank you guys for making a catch up night with family even more special. See you's soon. xx

I used to drive down here on Summer Evenings in the 80's after having driven 45 miles from teaching in EK home to Edinburgh. We took my friend's daughter for dinner as she was nursing in Haddington. I went back yeasterday as never forgot the place.

We first walked into The Old Clubhouse in February and since then it has become our local. Absolutely love the food served, always fresh and tasty and never changes you get what you order. Have a pint or even a half pint if you not up to a whole pint. Staff are just wonderful and have become a second family to us. The Loaded Nachos is a delight but do so recommend you come hungry as it’s a super large portion and more than filling. Fish and Chips (Large or Small portion) and the Angus Burger (always add the cheese & bacon) and chips are a treat which must not be missed. The fireplace in winter is a warmer for all and just adds to the already warm atmosphere of all who wander on in. The bar is Not a stand up bar so note you will have to be seated to order a drink or two. I would highly recommend booking in advance.

The Old Clubhouse in Gullane is a delightful dining spot. Their homemade food is a highlight, especially the haggis nachos, which are a must-try. The Cullen skink and corn and chicken soups were delicious and hit the spot. However, the limoncello cheesecake presentation left something to be desired; I prefer my cheesecake on a plate rather than in a glass. Overall, a great experience with tasty food.

We sat inSide with nice views of the golf course. Inside was cozy and rustic. Menu quite cosmopolitan with Italian influences- good size portions and tasty. I had the haddock and prawn pastie and friends had chicken nachos and ham hock with pickled cauliflower- not haute cuisine but tasty and wholesome. Good range of beers and spirits.

Always a nice pint and a friendly service. I didn't eat on this occasion, but the food is always top notch when I do! Nice range of ales, beers and lagers, as well as a large selection of gin and whisky... and a large wine list too. Highly recommend 👍

Food was lovely and really enjoyed my coffee, service was polite. We went in on the off chance and we were pleased to find plenty of tables, however our table was booked but they happily offered us another if we wanted to stay longer. Enjoyed it and there was no obnoxious music to drown out our chat. !!

Popped into here at the recommendation of a local friend and we weren't disappointed. Friendly staff, charming ambience, delicious meal. My vegetarian dish was fantastic and the hubs was delighted with his steak. And a courtesy ride home. Truly a fantastic evening.

This is an absolutely awesome place. We stumbled across it coming back from North Berwick and watched the third round of the 150th open here for a few hours. Such a cozy place to hide out and feels very local and communal. Great staff and excellent food.

Fabulous establishment! Great atmosphere weather at the weekend or during the week. First class menu which has recently been relaunched. Ruth in particular has to be one of the best hosts around. I generally only give good reviews but only if they truly deserve them and The Old Clubhouse certainly does! Thank you all Alan

Atmosphere Atmosphere Atmosphere so genuine and nice after a day at Scottish Open, very busy place when I visited. Good to know, that unusually in Scotland this pub don’t allow standing in the bar for a drink. It’s understandable as it gets very crowded.

Yes nice food (reasonably priced) and have been well looked after here in the last week during our golfing trip. Decent beers, although no cask ales. Yes we returned here in 2021. Food still excellent. They now have a decent choice of Cask and Craft Ales as well.

First class service from a young team. However when things got too exciting for us oldies the owner stepped in and ensured a safe return to our hotel. Highly recommended.

Best fish and chips I've had. Can't believe the menu said 'gf' on it. Lovely quant place around some of the most peaceful walks in the area.
