First time here and we found the food good it was nice to have a pie which didn’t appear to be warmed in the microwave and still had a crusty top, the atmosphere and the staff appeared friendly and we didn’t have long to wait for our food, we will definitely try you again.
Popped in for a meal last night while passing, amazing staff, and fantastic quality food and value for money. Highly recommend, need one local!

Came here recently with an old friend for some lunch. We were not disappointed! She had a blue light card and was able to get 10% off our bill. The place was not busy at all and all the staff were very helpful and friendly. We shared the calamari and nachos for starters which was all lovely. I had the bacon and mushroom pasta for lunch which was delicious and I would definitely recommend, my friend had the steak sandwich which she also enjoyed but was abit dry. Delicious cocktails and some of the cheapest I’ve seen in the area. I will definitely be returning to try more of the menu !
Popped in for a late lunch. Food was very nice and reasonably priced.
Choice of menu was good and it came very quickly. Everyone enjoyed their meal and it was good value. The staff are honest and knowledgeable.
Great service from staff had to book a table for food nice atmosphere not rowdy.
Waiter with the ginger hair who brought our meals out couldn't have been more helpful.
Was going to try the mixed grill but think it would beat me 😂 so settled for ultimate burger which was delicious will be going back fora date night with wife again

We come to this pub at least once a month and it’s lovely! They are very nice and attentive, especially that I have a gluten allergy. Always a lovely meal and they always make adjustments to make sure my meal is right and doesn’t contain gluten. It's a great little place, parking a bit restricted but once inside it's a very friendly pub staff are friendly and there is a good choice of beers/lagar, as for the food a wide variety from vegetarian, vegan and of course omiverous to , there also a children's section, it's also dog friendly , and a beer garden/patio + 1 TV if you're into sports. All in all a nice place
Big improvements with the refurbishment,all new decor, tables , seating ect , come and have a look.
Good selection on the new menu & the visit was made even better with the 50% offer. Meals were very good, however there were some items missing - although we didn't mention it at the time. The mixed grill came with a miniscule piece of gammon & half an over done mushroom. The feather blade of beef was missing the roasted root vegetable. Not a big issue as there was plenty to eat, however attention to detail could be bit better.
James who works there and all the staff are really friendly and helpful. The new menu is much better now

Have been here a few times with the family and always have a good meal and great service, We just had our Christmas works night table of 7 with the festive menu and it was perfect, service was fantastic and the food was lovely too, great value for money and we enjoyed the cocktails too !

Staff was very friendly and help full. The meal came quickly and was hot and very nice. Ask if all was OK and it was. The down side is the app as I did not get the£5.00 off that I should have and the drink I also missed out on. Always have a problem with the app.
Booked from the festive menu for 5 of us and the normal menu for 1. The food was delicious and piping hot and excellent value for money. Service was great
