Was in here today for me dinner, food was unreal and the staff couldn't of been more helpful

Great fresh cod cooked well with a thin Crispy batter, the flakes of fish fell apart and was not dry. Chips great, mushy peas could have been a little more seasoned but that's a minor quibble.
Top dollar rubbish tiny cold fish dry horrible handful of chips, no scraps when asked for , obnoxious staff

First time I visited was Good Friday - maybe not the best time as the queue was out the door, but the service was quick and the fish and chips were definitely worth the (short) wait.
Fresh large fish and chips,if there a queue order your large fish as soon as you join the queue it will be ready for you by the time you reach the counter.
Spot on!! Service was good and fast really pleased with food, ordered a lot and nothing was missing. Curry sauce is to die for ❤️ highly recommend
There's good reason why this place is award winning! Top quality, decent price, proper Yorkshire portions. Enough said, really.
