Really good experience for the children to learn how to bake in the academy. Taught by ed who's absolutely fantastic not only at his baking knowledge and skills he s able to teach in such a way the children enjoy themselves. And can take away what they have baked.

We had our Sons birthday party here and Ed managed to guide 12 5-6 year olds through making delicious cakes and pizza. If anything we thought the price was too cheap for what we got. A table full of food on top of the food the kids made and 2 hours with a professional baker All the kids loved it,
Fantastic food at amazing prices. The bread is fantastic. A massive slice of cake for a low price. Will definitely be going back
Found it at last. Wow, sausage rolls are awesome. The cheese pasty was, creamy and cheesy. Got the scones for later, andteacake for tonight. Happy days♥️

I loved the mince and roast potatoes you did I'd make a special trip once a week from Redcar just to come to your bakery to buy them. Pasties, pies and cakes good as well but that mince was great. Why have you stopped making it?
Hello From France. Don't know about the quality of the products you bake, but impressed by Ed Trewihitt's huge heart, sharing his bakery's oven's heat to ease the pain of those who suffer from this winter's cold !
Fabulous friendly staff! The grain cob, cakes and sandwiches were all delicious. Thank you 🙏
My dad literally called me from Essex to tell me that you're supporting local folks stay warm in your upstairs rooms. 🥰. Will be visiting so soon to show support ! My dad says you deserve a knighthood ❤
Very good, very informative, would recomend very much, and very tasty.
Discovered this great little bakery on the first day of our holiday and we've been back 3 times. Ridiculously good value for money and the bread and cakes are so delicious! Melt in the mouth Ciabatta rolls, luscious lemon drizzle cake. Fresh and tasty filled rolls made daily... What a find!!
Excellent food at exceptional prices. Crusty bread yum. Definitely would recommend.
Brilliant morning cooking at the academy. Ed is an excellent teacher, has loads of patience and a great sense of humour. I will definitely be booking another course. Thank You!!
