Recommended by a friend, even though I'm not gluten intolerant I thought I'd try it. Extremely friendly staff, the tuna melt panini was delicious and so was the lemon cake. Especially liked the toilet reading material hahaha. Definitely worth a visit

We had another lovely lunch at Thingy-Ma-Jigs yesterday. Delicious cheese and tomato gluten-free panini followed by home made Victoria sponge all washed down with a hot latte. Lovely! Lemmy (our Beagle) is welcome too - even better. Can highly recommend to anyone (whether you are Coeliac or not!)!

Amazing little coffee shop, such a good find and all gluten free, I was sceptical as to whether I would like gluten free, but everything we tried was wonderful! Will definitely be back!

I visited for the first time yesterday with my step daughter who is a coeliac, we were greeted by a very welcoming hello and ran through the menu, my step daughter couldn't believe everything was gluten free, never in her 16 years has she been able to go into a cafe and have anything that she wanted! Your cafe and your food is amazing and we will certainly be becoming regulars!

I've now been a few times for tea and cake now, along with the hubby, and I can say in all honesty, this is THE place to go for cakes in Guisborough. Now just because it's gluten free, doesn't make it totally healthy, but by golly, the rocky Road is just so good, I don't care if it's healthy or not. Bruce couldn't be any more welcoming, and with a lovely range of teas on offer as well as those lovely cakes, we are sure to be returning in a regular basis. Make sure you give this one a try!

Wow! Husband is GF due to coeliac, just had coffee and cake here, he was in 7th heaven with the amazing range of GF cake! However, and more importantly, I have jut had the best piece of millionaires shortcake I have EVER (and as a fat lad that’s a huge amount) eaten! Would never have guessed it was GF unless someone had told me! You should be so proud of achieving something so wonderful as this place!

Went in here with our two dogs and didn’t realise that everything served is gluten free. It wasn’t until my wife wet to pick a slice of cake that we found out. We had panini which were excellent and lovely harissa and sweet potato soup to start. We then decided to share a slice of cake and having tried lots GF cakes this was very good. Would certainly recommend this place, excellent service and good food.

This is a cafe 100% gluten free dairy free. only have a small collection of food panini soup ect lots cakes seating for about 20 people and fresh coffee. It was busy but still accessible. Cake was gorgeous very moist and not too sweet if lived in the area would come once a week definitely. Great value for money the owner Bruce makes all the cakes on site. He is an amazing chef.

top notch place for when you want a break from your shopping spree. nice atmosphere and great interior. did I mention its dogs friendly! if you have any food allergies don't worry this place has you covered. everything is gluten free and has many vegan options. overall a fantastic cafe. only issue would be that it's small but it adds to the character of the place in my opinion giving it that vintage feel and that you've just discovered a secret in the town of gusbrough

Small cafe which caters for Gluten free, and also had some gluten and dairy free. Great range of teas. Including flowering teas! And matcha green tea. Normal tea and coffee too. I had a chicken tikka panini. It was nice. The millionaires caramel shortbread was delicious, served with cream and berries too. My friends had other items, a scone, flapjack, slice of cake. They all looked lovely. The cafe is fairly small but nice. Very homely and seemed like a traditional style tea shop in some ways. It was dog friendly too but I would suggest if your dog is a larger dog, it may not be best to take them at peak times. Table service. There was only one member of staff working when we went... Good on them, I couldn't have coped doing everything when it was that busy.

Absolutely fantastic cakes and scones and service.I am gluten free and I have never had food like it. I will recommend this cafe for everyone. Even if not gluten intolerant. My mother in law said she had the best hot chocolate she has ever had. The food was delicious and presented immaculately.

My absolute favourite cafe. Fantastic for coffee, cake or even lunch. So far my favourites are the lemon and orange cake & the Sweet Potato Spiced Soup with savoury scone/muffin (both dairy free and gluten free).

As always had an incredibly experience here! Regularly go out of our way to visit. Whole menu is gluten free with vegan options. I had the coronation chicken panini and the battenberg cake and would recommend both 😋
