Today was my first time visiting a black sheep coffee shop. The team at Guildford were a breath of fresh air. Super helpful, super friendly and I really appreciated that. The staff are very understanding and helpful. Their systems went down for a bit but the staff (Robin, Nick and Kayla) were very helpful, and friendly.
We’ve also had their smoothie bowl and waffles before which were both delicious ☺️
One of my friend recommended flat white so I tried it here. Very busy place. Easy to order from screen system.Outside space available. Not clean area. Coffee taste was great. But foam of flatwhite is not the best.. still good!

The best coffee i ever had. The staff is soo friendly, giving warm and pleasant welcome. Especially Robin❤️🫶, offered me student discount . I am gonna be visiting Black sheep often, for coffee as well for best customer service.
Fantastic customer service here! The staff are great, one member (Regan I believe) kindly offered to charge my phone whilst I had my coffee. ApplePay was the only wallet I had on me whilst in town, so a bit of a life saver! Caramel slice was bang on too! Great spot
Best coffee in Guildford by a long way. Staff are friendly and I just love the store look and feel, very cool. It’s become my daily coffee hit (pastries are delish as well 😎☕️)

The food is fantastic especially the waffles. Love that I can get brown cheese which reminds me of Norway.
The Guildford gang are all 5 star superstars. I enjoy a filter coffee and the staff are always friendly and go the extra mile to offer great service. Had a cuppa cappuccino from here which was literally one of the best cappuccinos I’ve had in Guildford. Do visit if yu r a coffee lover! Kudos to Sha and Robin for their prompt and excellent service. ❤️❤️❤️❤️

The coffee here is simply amazing. The ambiance of the place was good, peaceful and also neat. Really a great place to have a cup of coffee.

Come here most mornings, the drinks are lovely - pineapple iced tea and an oat milk flat white are the go tos for myself.

Conveniently located by the bus station with outdoor seating area, this is a big win for Guildford, especially that it stays open until 8 pm.
The pay it forward free coffee board is a very kind way to make everyone feel included.
