Had stir fry in the food court and it was good. But was really warm could do with some aircom but was very clean
It's KFC, what's to not like about that?
Food is always good, hot and served pretty well. I'd like to see more staff so they're not rushed and stressed, but these big companies only care about profit, not team happiness.
Fast efficient service. Plenty of seating in the food court.
Much better than the top of town KFC shop. The staff here are generally friendly and efficient. The food tastes better, too.
There is plenty of seating, and there are also a bunch of other options in the food court, just in case your companions don't fancy KFC :)
There was some sort of delay with my order so I had to wait an extra 10 mins. This was during the heatwave for context: the manager let me know that the good would be delayed very quickly and offered a cold drink on them to help with the climate while I wait. Also added a little extra to my order when I got it.
I have to commend them for the good service and consistent good quality over all the times I ordered. Also the limited day deals are great.
Service by staff was great. The food is as expected. Tasty fried chicken with chips.

Ordered a lunchtime wrap, we were charged 4.99, I checked the price and saw that the wrap is normally only 1.99.. We switched to a wrap meal at 5.99 it was sorted out quickly. Very tasty as always.
I was working nearby and went to KFC to grab a bite and also use my Blue light card. The male ate the till was very kind, polite and offered me a free treat when I showed my BLCard. He thanked me for my emergency services role as said we all do a fantastic job. I hope the manager at The Friary KFC can praise this staff for such a great customer service and adding a big smile in my face.

KFC do nice food. It's lovely and hot. Service is very slow due to customers queueing. Very short staffs. Apart from that, good atmosphere.
It's a place to go when you can't decide what to eat in lunch. It's a safe option as you always get a great taste, a quick and polite service, and great value for money. Well done KFC Guildford staff for always looking after your customers. Thank you.
