It had closed down but now reopened hence amending the review. Food is OK when you collect and the staff are friendly. I haven't tried delivery since it reopened, hopefully it is better than it used to be.
Pizza was really lovely, I don't like the special garlic dip they sent me with the pizza but the taste of the pizza deserves all 5 stars
Honestly the best in Guildford. Brilliant service, we got our pizza's in 20 minutes when the delivery time quoted was 30 minutes so we were thrilled as Dominoes and Pizza Hut were both rubbish with two hour wait and when the pizzas arrive, they're hard, chewy and cold. I couldn't be happier with Papa Johns! Pizzas arrived piping hot, perfectly baked and the service was great. Such a relief after so many awful experiences elsewhere :) Thanks!

Amazing to see so many poor reviews? Have now used on three or four occasions and they are consistently very good! Hot Pizza delivered in good time and the drivers are always very polite. So much better than Dominoes in Guildford!
Contrary to the bad reviews. I made an order tonight and I made a mistake. I put the wrong phone number in. When I rang they explained and sent them back out. Pizzas were still hot and tasty.
