Came in today 10 minutes before they were due to close. Felt really bad as I know at 12pm you just wanna go home.
Staff were so kind and the service was fast. All my food was hot and the whole team were really lovely.
Never had any problems with food at this branch in Guildford and I'm always served with a smile.
KFC should be applauding their team. They work hard :)

The young boy who served me was very attentive in taking my food order and it was ready in less than 2 minutes. And he wished me a good evening. π That was very thoughtful. Thank you.
Pre-ordered my meal using the app and it was ready for me within 5 mins of arrival, all freshly prepared and piping hot.
Store was very clean and tidy, staff were very helpful and friendly.
The only thing that tends to grate with me and other customers is the way that couriers are given priority over everyone else, no matter what.
This needs to be addressed.
I loved KFC it was amazing the staff is friendly and they smile to you which makes your day also there food is amazing the burger π is nice and tasty and fresh and they make it quick which makes it to be hot π₯.
