I went to the Electric Theatre this afternoon to see Alice in Wonderland as a surprise from my mum. The show was really funny. The staff have always been so friendly here and I love the cafe/bar area and outside seating especially on a warm day like today. I'll definitely be visiting for future show
Good theatre, but the bar staff aren't the best. They pour whole cans of mixer into the drink even when you ask them not to. Also if you ask for 1 can to be split between 2 drinks they also pour 1 can in each. It's like they deliberately want the audience to need to get up and go to the toilet durin

Small, intimate theatre with attitude. Everything worked like clockwork. It's location is on the banks of the river in the middle of Guildford. Saw Rossini's Cinderella sung in English by Guildford Opera Company. Great soloists. Excellently produced. Talk by Music Director before was really interest

Went to see a burlesque variety performance. Lovely to see such diverse entertainers being supported. A valuable Guildford venue. The inside is a little stark though - maybe make it a bit more friendly inside the actual theatre, and keep it cleaner?
