The staff at Thai Express are some of the most friendly, welcoming and attentive people I have ever had the pleasure of encountering in a restaurant. The staff take the time to listen to your needs and preferences, and are always willing to go above and beyond to ensure that your dining experience is absolutely perfect.
The service at Thai Express is also top-notch. The staff are efficient, but never rushed, and always ensure that you have everything you need to enjoy your meal. The food, as always is exceptional.

Every time I come to Guildford I go here! The food is always perfect and although I would t say it’s that authentic it still is so tasty! For hot food on the go or for a quick lunch this is the place to go. I recommend going for the chicken fried rice hot. Good selection on the menu to choose from and there is something for everyone who likes Asian eating.
This is far by my favourite Asian place to eat on the weekends, the friendly workers, delicious food choices and cleanliness is outstanding. I have and will be returning every chance I get. Well done to Thai express for making me and my stomach happy !!
Food was really good and the staff were really nice and friendly. I dont know much about Thai food and they were really calm about explaining what would suit my taste. Definitely going next time to try more dish.
Food delicious, clean and quick serve just in 3/4 minutes. I’ve been eating since 2014 till today. No complaints . Price wise always reasonable. There’s many items which are my favourite.
Amazing outlet for quick bite, I love their food specially the Pad Thai noodles. The staff is really friendly and nice. Can't wait to go back and enjoy their food with friends .

I tried this place twice in a week as I had an uber eats deal and so wanted to get a range of items before making a decision. I will say this is distinctly Thai food in that the menu does mainly lend itself to Thai items as opposed to generic Asian/Chinese items.
I tried the most popular dishes according to the app and will say the food was decent at first try, with the wings being coated in a rather nice sauce. However, I was a bit disappointed that I had picked the spiciest option and it barely had a hint of such.
The second time I brought this up in the order notes as I ordered the noodles and wings only to find that not only was the food not at all spicy, it was really quite bland and the wings were sauceless and dry.
I had thought at first what I was missing was a kick in the meal but the repeat order showed me that a lot was lacking in taste and flavour and so whilst I give this 4* for the price I paid it should be noted there was a heavy discount in that calculation for me.
I visited this store today and the food was amazing I like the portion and it’s worth the price :) will defiantly visit again
One of my favorite place to stop by while visiting Guildford for quick lunch/snacks. The foods are very good with variety of options to choose from.
As always, good food, wonderful service and hygienic. Been having this food for few years.. Never disappointed.
