One of the best Hotel we have stayed. The staff are accomodating and very polite. It was a short stay but the whole family enjoyed it , the swimming pool. Spa, sauna and steam room is a bonus.I would highly recommend this Hotel.

We had our wedding here 2015 and every little thing was absolutely excellent so we came back for our 2nd anniversary and was upgraded to the executive room by Adam and a bottle of Moët was left in our room. Lovely professional staff , lovely clean rooms, food to die for. It truly is a lovely place and we shall be going back for future anniversaries xxx plus our wedding pictures are in their wedding planner booklet, Thank you guys

This was our first visit to a Holiday Inn. We were very pleasantly surprised! Far better then we anticipated. Was expecting something similar to a Premier Inn, which we have stayed in before. We arrived early, my partner requested if it was possible that we could have a disabled room due to my disability. ( booked with secret escapes) We was given a disabled room on the ground floor. Big spacious room with accessible bathroom. Evening meal was lovely. Had a fantastic nights sleep in comfortable bed with lovely pillows. Breakfast, although busy, was plentiful and delicious. Only down side I was unable to access the swimming pool due to my collapsed foot arches. I am unable to use the ladders. So had to enviously watch my partner enjoy a swim in the lovely pool. Would definitely stay at a Holiday Inn again! Thank you for such a pleasant stay.

We stayed here on the weekend as part of 2 for 1 Chessington days. free car parking/WiFi and good amenities, very family friendly -children had cookies & milk on arrival, food was lovely, all children ate 3 courses for free, nice buffet breakfast included in price, children loved making pancakes and enjoyed the swimming pool. A particular member of staff called Recce really went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable on Saturday evening and the Sunday morning. He reserved our table for breakfast table, brought my sons birthday cake out, was really attentive and entertained the children, his exceptional customer service is definitely the reason we will return. Thank you

Attended Friend's wedding ceremony and reception. Lovely hotel. Decent staff and a cracking breakfast if busy. Drinks bit pricey I nearly gave birth to my eyeballs at a Single Bacardi and lemonade £5.10! Lower drink prices by a bit if you can, rooms were lovely clean. Definitely staying there again.
