The most heavenly place it is divine , the best ice cream on this planet i will recommend it i had the bubblicious which i love.
Had heard good reports, and our (early lunchtime) experience didn't disappoint. Not cheap, but the crêpe portions were generous and the service friendly and quick, in a fun and pleasant environment. We explained we were newbies, and our son was allowed to try some toppings before choosing. Was initially a little shocked that a babycino was billed at £2, but it was a big mug for a little person and presented just as nicely as a pukka coffee, so perfectly happy in the end! £20 for crêpes and hot drinks for three was worth every penny for an end-of-the-holidays treat.
My 1st time there it was lovely a bit pricey as the new menus don’t have what everyone wanted but really worth the visit

Fab birthday treat for my nephew in here this afternoon. Four crazy boys and two grown ups treated patiently and even provided candles for the birthday boy's huuuge ice cream. Really friendly service and very welcoming - thank you :)

We saw the negative reviews but the kids were really desperate to go so we went along anyway. Really friendly and patient staff (we took 7 kids including two toddlers). Kids loved the food and we will be very happy to go back.

Amazing service for my daughters birthday! We ordered for 7 and within 5 minutes are orders were arriving on our table. The team made it extra special by singing happy birthday!
Had white chocolate cookie dough which was nice and warm. Quick service and friendly welcoming staff. Was getting busy when we visited but well staffed. Would have liked the option of leaving out the soft ice-cream and swapping it with flavoured gelato for a little bit extra, instead of the regular charge for one scoop of ice cream. Will be back to try other desserts.

Yummiest desserts here. So pleased that our favourite, nutty bannoffee waffle, has returned! Unbeatable!🍦🧇 Lovely place. The sparkly walls, mirrors and especially the slideshow of desserts on the screens keep our little ones entertained while we wait for our desserts. Highly recommended!
One of the best ice-cream shops. Quick service and response from staff. My personal favourite is cookie-dough. Will definitely recommend it to anyone.

Friendly service which is also super quick! We enjoyed waffles, ice cream and warm cookie dough delights today and the kids couldn’t have been happier! Would definitely recommend if you have a sweet tooth -it’s not the cheapest but worth it for a special treat 🍨 🧇🍦
I went here today for my bd party and we all loved it so much. The food came 5 mins after we ordered and it was amazing. But a little while after I started feeling a bit sick and nauseous, i'm not sure if this was because of something else or the food.
Very much a guilty pleasure of mine in Guildford! The range of deserts is great, they have a lot of ice cream flavours, and the coffee is good. My favourite desert is the Millionaire's Waffle (pictured), but anything here with chocolate is amazing :)
There is now a range of plant-based and vegan deserts. I haven't tried these yet, but they looked interesting.
You can usually get a table at any time. We last stopped in at 3pm on a Saturday and although it was busy, we had no wait.
A desert and drink will set you back around £12. Just don't look at the calories printed on the menu!
Nice dessert cafe with lots of selection. They had comfortable seating and the atmosphere was nice. The cake topping items I tried were sickly sweet. People with a sweet tooth will love this place. After placing our order, the items all came quite quickly. Unfortunately they don't do tap water, but there was bottled water for purchase.
Just took 6 kids plus accompanying adults for a 7th birthday party. Brilliant. The staff couldn't have been more accommodating. All the awkward orders handled perfectly by a till wizard, everything arrived very quickly. exactly as ordered, and everything tasted as good as the pictures looked. Definitely recommend.
I absolutely love this place!! The staff are friendly and they treat you very well. They are excellent!! The food is simply delightful and I never get tired of it. The place is kept clean and is a good vibe. The food is top-class even when ordered on deliveroo/uber eats. I highly recommend!!!

Waffle here is the best!! It’s crispy outside and soft inside, the best waffle ever!
Crepe is also good, it’s soft and chewy.
Sundae is fine, but I’m not recommend.
There’re many teenager and adult customer, which make the atmosphere comfortable.
The price is reasonable. It quite sweet tho. 😝
