Random visits, always for food. So far, excellent. The atmosphere is warm and friendly as are the staff. Good value, good food - my steak was scrumptious, undercooked to perfection.
The staff very polite, food was great, prices were very reasonable great afternoon. We are holding leaving drinks here on Sunday.
A fantastic place to get together with friends and family, Keith and his wife and staff are so friendly. We recently had our friends 50th Birthday there it was fantastic we were allowed to put up decorations, the good was fantastic and everyone hD a fab time. So many thanks again Kieth for another fab night Xx

Just held my Xmas party for support workers and adults with learning disabilities here. The staff are extremely attentive and polite and the food was a very high standard at a good price. Can't fault it!

Went to the Wooden Bridge last Saturday. First time I had been there even though I had lived in Guildford previously. Very friendly atmosphere and staff. Enjoyed the live band Eddie and the Redheads and will go again next time they are on.

Best Sunday roast in a long time brilliant
Still remains the best pub I've been too as an all rounder. Only thing that lacks is a picturesque beer garden but other than that it's perfect. Excellent for live sports. Well priced drinks. Cheap and delicious food. Pool tables and plenty of space inside. Many of my favourite nights watching the big games have been here.
Really nice pub, reasonably priced drinks and excellent service! I was served by a lovely girl called Tyler who despite it being busy always had a smile on her face, we were also served by James who was also really nice and made us feel welcome - would definitely come again when we are next in the area!
Excellent road side pub in Guildford. Large indoor area and outside tables. Noisy because of the proximity of the A3 but indoors is OK. Great food choice at very modest prices, beer wines and spirits at sensible prices too. Will visit again
Big old style London pub that once sat on the side of the old A3. But today it's used by local people who are most friendly and does a nice range of food. But you have to pay for the car park but can get your money back at the bar. Or we did anyway

I go here frequently as it has 3 pool tables! The drinks are reasonably priced and can order to your table in busy times. There's also drink deals on during the big football games. It can get rather busy though!
Had Sunday lunch here - was abit busy but the food came out in a good time and was very hot , girl behind bar seemed happy

Absolutely amazing service! We came as a group of about 30 people. Didn't book and turned up of the off chance they have room. When we arrived they made sure we had 2 tables close to each other and everyone in the pub was lovely, helpful and the food was excellent as well! Def recommend!!
