The White House, Guildford - Guildford - Photo album

Amazing location next to a very beautiful river with a bridge. Very relaxing environment for dining or even having couple of drinks. We got the BBQ platter to share and it was great option for two. The quality of the meat was excellent.
This place is in a great location on the canal right in the centre of Guildford. You have the choice of eating indoors or outside by the canal. The menu is typical pub fayre but is good quality, the service is good too - friendly.
Incredible atmosphere, really cosy place. The staff seemed so nice and friendly. Went here for a work event and really enjoyed it. Next time I'm in Guildford, I'm definitely visiting here. Lovely beer garden with heating too!
Regular pub where you order at the bar and your food is brought to your table. There's not a huge selection of food or beverages which was a bit disappointing. The place has indoor and outdoor seating, which is nice but it can get crowded and loud very quickly.
Fantastic ambience, chill vibes and great service. Very quiet in the evening, no too-loud pub chatter or folk music. There’s a variety of ales, IPAs and cider to choose from. Menu was quite limited but there’s something for everyone.
I Met a friend for a coffee in Guilford and we went to this PH. We were very well served by the staff who also opened the terrace for us to seat outside in the sunshine. It has a great view for the river. I was pleased with the service, venue and location.
The White House is situated in a picturesque scene right by Guildford Bridge, below the famous cobbled high street. Lovely atmosphere by the river side, goodish service and the food was really good! Highly recommend, you won't be disappointed
Having a cold beer here is comfortable and peaceful although you are at the busy high street. Recommend this pub never eaten here yet
Nice sunny day overlooking the canal, almost everyone was sitting outside, as was 28 degrees, bar not that busy, plenty of staff ready to serve straight away, each staff member was friendly, and chatty, also other tables cleared ready for next people, will happily go back soon. Just had drinks, no f
Relaxing ambience, nice and fresh brews on tap, outdoor seating in summer is the best, it gets super silent after 6ish in the evening, Guildford town centre is equally silent. go with their chips and beer. Great conversations over a beer! Look for recommended pours for beer, chefs recommendation fo
