Had a lovely end of exams survival meal with a bunch of friends last week and was served by one of the sweetest, chirpiest members of staff in a restaurant! I've been to Wagamama's before and, in all honesty, I've never enjoyed the food there... I asked her (Jasmine?) what I should order and she took the time to talk through the meal, identifying my preferences and, as a result, my meal was honest to goodness delicious! When I told her, she looked so ecstatic to hear my feedback! Absolutely wonderful experience, all thanks to her
Great speedy friendly service despite being a Saturday lunch time and very busy , only down side was that my son had finished his meal before mine arrived and the sides came at the end of the meal .
I sometimes make mistakes ordering and not over the moon with it but thats my fault. When i do get it right its lovely. The waiters/waitresses were absolutely lovely. Bubbly. Helpful. Polite and waved and said goodbye. Always enjoy going there.

Only popped in for an espresso to wile away the time before the bike races in the High Street and thoroughly enjoyed the two cups of espresso and the racing after. Great service too :-)
my Granddaughters first time at waga and she loved it. She’s already saying about taking her mum there for mother’s day and her birthday.
never been served so quickly . in under 10 minutes from ordering 2 of the 3 dishes we ordered were ready ^_^ and the place was incredibly busy im impressed :)
Very friendly staff, helps you explaining each item on the menu. Plus the cuisine itself tastes mind blowing..
The environment is a bit noisy, and crouded, but the staff were very nice.

We ordered: vegetarian rice noodles (and the mushrooms were so tasty, like all the plate) + chicken and shrimp noodles + chicken ramen + chicken and moules and shrimps ramen! every single bite was worth it!

Tasty Asian with a reasonable range of drinks, Saki was served cold but great flavour in squid and pork ribs as well as veg curry. Service was a little slow but food was brought out quickly once ordered.
Great food, great service! Nice people, quick, loved my dessert! One of my favourites around Guilford! I highly recommend for lunch or dinner! It can be busy though!
Small place. Food comes to the table really fast. The service is good. Pls do try the pork ribs here is good. The squid fry and the sauce they serve with it is too good. The staff too are very friendly.
Had to wait a little bit before being seated. Friendly staff and food came very quickly and was delicious! Pay via QR code which speeds up the whole process. Very popular and busy everyday so very loud but not a deterrent. Been here many times and never disappoints!

You could tell it was busy but the workers still made an effort to make us feel welcome and comfortable in the restaurant. The guy who served me and my 2 friends was very lovely and smiley. He looked quite young with blue eyes and brown hair. The food was quick too. Had a great time :)
Very busy lunch lucky to get a seat. Once seated menu explained and order taken service very slick and drinks arrived promptly. Korean beef buns very good and the Pad Thai chicken and prawn will try something different next time
For a Friday evening was seated quickly and the waitress was polite. Food came in phases (but this is the theme of the restaurant) but we didn't see our waitress again. This was a shame as it was a hot night and extra drinks were needed.
As you would expect from Wagamama, they do what they do well, but there are better Japanese style restaurants if you explore. Food was good (although the ramen was unnecessarily spicy) and staff were friendly. Dining is casual and services was prompt and efficient.

Today ‘s food is really nice. I would’ve say it’s authentic Japanese food as they change the recipe to cater the people here. I particularly like their chicken katsu curry. I asked for extra source so it tastes better. The starter squid is Also deciduous. Overall, I would rate 5 out of 5 for my meal.
Food was good as always but this time server Bindika was outstanding. She was helpful with selection of my drinks and starters. With check backs and clearing the plates it was on point. Thank you:)
Love the food , somehow just keep ordering the wrong stuff. The ramen was really good and like ramen but i like more veggies and chicken then just noodles.
The veg Bao was great too just too deep fried for me.
The dessert can definitely be missed.
Lovely place, fast service. I am just disappointed that they don't have any mild curries even the one they said doesn't have any chillies the sauce itself was hot. This is second time i leave there and have a very painful stomach after leaving and was vomiting but i know its not from the food its just my sensitive stomach, I think from now on will stick to starters. Other than that. The staff are very friendly and everything is delicious. Love this place.

Need more options for vegetarians other than that one of the best places for food in Guildford. Loved the curry rice and cherry blossom lemonade..
Great food, quick service and food comes out quick too. My only negative is that where seating is packed in, it can get loud and hard to hear what people are saying
Went here yesterday when in town. Our waitress Selina was so friendly and accommodating throughout our entire visit! I had the buns and a donburi bowl. Food was tasty and fresh, will be back!

Really amazing food, lots of options especially as a vegan. Cool tables and nice for a date. Only complaint is its always busy so atmosphere can be quite noisy and you may have to queue for 5 to 10 minutes on average.
Dog friendly outside which was a surprise as it’s hard to find out online. They were really welcoming, bringing our dog a water bowl. As always great food!
