This restaurant is SO cute!!! If you like Alice the wonderland, it's worth coming and visiting. The food is delicious! It's not cheap, though, but it's worth it. Friendly people work there, and the interior of the restaurant is quite nice too! Love everything and definitely will be back.
I chose this venue for a visiting Relative from Canada, who wanted to experience a full Sunday lunch roast meal in a Pub setting! She was totally taken aback by her roast chicken meal. The size of the Yorkshire pudding amazed her! The portions were a struggle, for both of us, to finish!! A very
Lovely venue for a large gathering. Well organised and the food was amazing. The service was quick and attentive. They put us in a seperate room which worked well to avoid disruption of the normal customers when we got a little louder as the night went on. Great experience
My only complaints are: Mushroom dish is very small portion, I ate it in less than 1 minute. This needs to improve. Bread and butter: butter was supermarket quality, cold. Bread also normal. Apart from that very good experience.
A really good upmarket chain which I highly recommend However on latest visit the beer first drawn was below par and had to be replaced with a new barrel. The food was excellent but on the day service was a touch slow, lucky we had time. A new booking has been make in the restaurant because the f
Sit on the bar side with family and dog. The manager is able to fit us all seven for busy Sunday lunch. The food is good. Busy place. Thank-you.
Very Yum! We love the Plaice Meunière and grilled king scallops a lot, especially the cauliflower purée served with the scallops was a highlight of the dish. Will definitely revisit this cozy brasserie again soon :)
The menu was uncomplicated, the food is delicious and well presented and the layout has space and character. It was air-conditioned (currently in a heatwave) and had plenty of service. There's sound baffling to stop it getting loud or echoing which I appreciated. It has no carpark, there's a nearby
Great French style brasserie. We came here for lunch and we were seated right away. The service was fast and friendly. The food was good much better than Cote Brasserie. Add your name on their mailing list and get 25% off your second visit in the next 14 days.
Delicious food with friendly staff. The decor is cosy and it's a great place for gathering. The mint tea with honey is great.
Family went here for Sunday roast. Fantastic food. Portion sizes were great. Service very good and staff friendly.
Lovely dinner here on a Thursday evening. Staff were fantastic. Look forward to coming back soon.
We recently dined here with a sizable group, and I must commend their ability to handle large parties efficiently. Our server was quite attentive, though at times a tad overzealous, interrupting our conversations with numerous questions. Unfortunately, the food left a lot to be desired - our meals w
Had a chance to dine in on weekdays lunch - high end gastro pub with great food and good drink selections incl a few mocktails . Service was great as well.
Last Saturday we were celebrating our wedding at March Hare. The food was amazing, the staff was fantastic. Everything was served on time for 27 guests and presented well. Our waiter Alex was absolutely amazing, thanks a lot for his patience and kindness! Overall, great experience, highly would reco
Lovely location in town without feeling urban, backs onto the castle gardens. One of those places with a menu where you struggle to decide what to have because so many items sound really good. Food was well presented, good quality and seasonal with a good selection of local ingredients.
Delicious food, waiters are very attentive, and super nice atmosphere. Can’t wait to return and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend to anyone looking for somewhere to eat in Guildford.
After spending many years visiting various establishments, up and down the country, looking for the elusive “perfect Sunday roast”, I think I might have stumbled onto something here. The roasts dinners here are right up there on the scale. Everything was perfectly cooked and had bags of flavour. Ser
