Since moving to Guildford 2 months ago I've been eating my way around the food places Guildford has to offer. On Sunday we went to Meat the Greek.... Omg... what an amazing place this is... Friendly, quaint and the food just superb... just like being in Greece.... I highly recommend this place.... ���
Went today today to Guildford especially to have some gyros! We were not disappointed: both the food and the service were really good and spot on to cure the nostalgia for some authentic Greek gyros. The place is a bit small (only 2 tables and some stands) but is mainly a takeaway so that's ok. I hope they will expand to a bigger place so they can have more tables etc for people coming outside of Guildford.
Fantastic take-away/fast food. Everything home-made including chips and tzatziki!!! If all small/local businesses were like this, the big boys would be in trouble. Rather have this over a McDonald's anyday. Keep it up chaps, the food is fantastic ���

The most authentic Greek souvlaki ever - it is proper and good priced, worth to travel to Guildford for this taste. It is comparable with the best ones in Greece.

The food is fantastic and high quality meat. I really enjoy all their dishes, portions are also satisfying. However the staff could try be a bit friendlier and politer to the customers.

If gourmet fast food is a thing, this place is where to find it. Rapid service and quality of food is exceptional. There is indoor and outdoor seating. While seating is limited, there is always the option of takeaway and eating on a bench in the Guildford castle park nearby.

I've only had chicken gyros here, and it's so good I'm not interested in anything else... chicken gyros every time.
This place is tucked away in a neat little attractive alleyway. There are tables inside and outside, beer in the fridge and very fast service. It's my favourite spot for a quick lunchtime meal in guildford.

Really nice quality of food and great service, I ordered a pork wrap for late lunch on my first visit last Friday, I enjoyed it very much. I will definitely recommend this place for authentic Greek foods and can’t wait to come back again.
This place was delicious! Quick drinks and great food that came out in under 5 minutes. It was so good, we were surprised the tab with drinks was under 15 Euros. Recommend the pork souvlaki wrap!
Can't recommend enough! As a Greek person who now lives in Surrey I was so happy to find a Greek food restaurant close to me and the food made me think of home. Easily comparable to something I would get back home in Athens and the quality was great (better than some back home too...) Service was quick and it was lovely to get the souvlakia and go eat it in peace at the castle gardens. Although there are some tables you can sit at outside when it's not very busy.

an absolute gem in guildford! it does get busy here but the service is actually very quick and i definitely understand why because the food was so fresh and delicious! i will be craving this forever ESPECIALLY those tomatoes🤤 i wasn’t a huge fan of the mayo mustard sauce icl i think tzatziki would’ve been better but other than that, PERFECTION🤌

Simply described in one word.. fenominal. Never have I and my family been so accommodated at any resturant before. Its so fantastic that you will have to come at the right tine to get a table (This could be due to a lack of space however). This is without evern mentioning the great food. Personally i recommend the classic wrap (chicken / pork) although on occation the lemon chicken takes the literal cake. I have VERY high opinions of this place and give it: 5 stars
