After a couple of years absence? We returned, only to find out how much me missed! The welcome, service, and smiles are abundant. Above all, the food is amazing. For flavours, I strongly recommend. Great ambiance etc. Thank you for a breath of fresh air I really needed. La Casita is an eye opener!

This is the best tapas restaurant in Surrey! We enjoyed a fab girly evening last week and have also been many times with family and friends. Fantastic food, fabulous service, energetic and fun atmosphere - feels like stepping into a Spanish holiday for the evening!! The waiters may evening treat you to a salsa dance if you are lucky! Just go here it’s FANTASTIC

The food was incredibly filling and a huge range of tapas options!!! The staff were all lovely and went above and beyond for us - even overhearing that it was my birthday they brought out a scoop of vanilla icecream decorated with a Berry compote and candle! We hadn't asked for it! Aurora was absolutely lovely and made us feel incredibly relaxed and satisfied. Thank you all!!!

Extremely delicious food, generous portion. Great value! We had lunch for two, 11quid per person. Two tapas each, ordered, Chorizo red wine, chicken liver in white wine sauce, whitebait, and potato bravas. Will definitely visit again

Lovely food and a fair price too. The house red was very enjoyable. The service was spot on, enough attention given but not too invasive.

Three of us went for dinner, we spent £50 each in total including the service charge but we ordered a lot. I think you really get your money's worth here. Drinks, we split a jug of sangria and we had a pint of lager each. Food, mixed paella, Bilbao sausage, chorizo in wine, 4 wedge of tortilla, garlic and lime prawns, croquettes, garlic mushrooms, bean stew, bread with a chopped tomato herb topping, pardon peppers as well. It all arrived pretty quickly, our servers were attentive and friendly. The quality of the food was very good indeed and I would go back and recommend this spot to friends. You have to book, don't expect to get drop ins for an evening sitting.

Fantastic place to have dinner in Guildford. The food is really excellent! We had the meat paella which was very good, and shared between two it was more than enough food. The service is quick, friendly and overall very efficient. The value for money is also high, with dishes not being too expensive given the portion size you receive. I'd definitely go back again!

This is our fifth visit to La Casita over the years. This time round, we all felt like having seafood and whilst La Casita serves tapas, it does have a reasonable seafood tapas section (squid, baby octopus, white bait, prawns). Most of the dishes were tasty, albeit chorizo dish was unbalanced and salty. The staff are friendly, relaxed and attentive. Since the last time we visited, they have updated their decor: Ambience is bright and airy with an elegant/simple backdrop. Overall, a pleasant lunch- we left filled and satisfied.

Delicious food, we enjoyed the seafood paella and a few tapas dishes. Choices for drinks and desserts are also good. We didn't book but the place was busy on a Tuesday night. We were able to be seated but bigger groups might not have been able to get in. There were a few familys/large groups who had obviously reserved a table so best make a reservation in advance to avoid disappointment.

What a little gem this restaurant is. Unassuming and looking functional on the inside, the menu is varied with a full range of hot, cold, meat and vegetarian taps and good prices, and the busy staff were excellent. Attentive and knowledgeable, as well as friendly! Thoroughly recommend.

A fulfilling tapas experience with some good dishes for decent value. The restaurant is in a quiet little alley out of the way of the main street. On a sunny day it was a bright, welcoming place. The food was generally very good with the fish tapas especially standing out, the light batter gave the dishes a Spanish authenticity. The red wine chorizo was also particularly flavoursome with a deep and rich sauce - definitely recommended. Morcilla was also on the menu which was a nice uncommon choice. Other dishes I tried that didn't quite match the quality of the others were the tortilla which was quite average and the ham croquetas which were quite dense and potatoey. In Spain they tend to use bechamel sauce. Overall though a good value menu, especially the lunch deal which offers two tapas dishes and the house wine for just over a tenner. The portion sizes were good and service was also good. I will be returning for sure!

It can get extremely loud on busy nights. Usually I go when it’s quieter but hadn’t been on a Saturday night before and we had to shout between 3 of us on the same table — please invest in sound dampening/noise reduction.

Great little restaurant in the heart of Guildford town centre. The service was brilliant, our server knew the menu and was happy to offer suggestions. Food was good, well portioned and flavourful. The menu has lots of options and the drink selection was reasonable.

It was worth driving to Guildford for this restaurant. There are many options for tapas and a few for vegetarian too. Small but busy restaurant, popular for its authentic taste. It is always fun to be in a group to this place. It's a loud and noisy place but you will enjoy the intimacy environment of this place. Right opposite is a sports bar so pay visit there before eat 😁
