Great location, great food! Found this cute independent family run inn at the edge of the road and blown away with the quality of the food! We tried the salmon and it was cooked to perfection. They have a great backyard with a different menu that you get to enjoy the view of the rivers. The service and staff were fantastic.
We were very glad they had some space in their annex hall, it was full when we turned up without booking at 2pm on a Sunday. The food was excellent, and the staff was very welcoming and kind.
Food was excellent, I'd ale & steak pie with potatoes and vegetables. I'd of happily had double amount of vegetables. The pastry on pie was perfect. Dessert was good as well. Easy parking as well as disabled access at front door, side door is used for everyone else. I'd booked table, confirmed accessible. Highly recommended. 😊
Service was excellent. Very friendly, welcoming and attentive. The 6 of us had a variety of different meals and all were really tasty, well presented and good value. Would happily go back when we are next up that way.
Popped in today for lunch and decided on the loaded fries. They were amazing. The chips were hot, the cheese was suitable melted and plentiful and the salsa and sour cream were delicious. I asked to hold the jalapenos as am not good with spice! The customer service was excellent, friendly and attentive. I will most definitely be back next time I am in the area. Thanks all for a tasty, filling lunch.
Popped in for light lunch on our way to our holiday let. Snug, family owned pub with high end food (not pub grub). Staff were lovely. Definately worth a visit

Lovely dinner. Well cooked, good service dispite it being busy. Good value. Happy to return when in area. Would recommend.
Lovely lunch smoked duck salad with pickled slaw followed by grilled cod and samphire. Lentil soup and a massive burger for himself. Tasty and well cooked. Sat in but nice outdoor seating by the river is close.
Good food and looked after by very attentive staff. Would recommend.
Good food, service was very good made to feel welcome as soon as you walk in the door, large garden to sit outside if you wish.
