A very fresh vibrant restaurant. Staff were pleasant and attentive, popular place, might be tight to get parked when busy. We had the full English which was nice with a tasty coffee. Only negatives were the hard seats, got a num bum after a while Would maybe suggest booking a table There were no hot drinks shown on the menu displayed under the table top glass

Absolutely beautiful food from start to finish. I had the veggie lasagne and my husband had the steak pie, which was succulent and tasty. Staff were both efficient and accommodating. We will definitely be back Amazing thank you

First time here and I will definitely be going back.Very good menu of a variety of homemade food, and puddings and cakes. Proper ice-cream. The staff were lovely and very efficient, the premises were very clean. A bit more pricey than some others but well worth it. It's best to book ahead but I can highly recommend a visit.

Service is very good & always polite and helpful. A good choice of food, it's good to have a lighter menu as lots of people can't eat big meals.

We had a roast dinner and pudding here today and all we can say is WOW. We wish we had found this place sooner and will be making this our regular go to from now on! Not only was the food incredible, the staff were so lovely and such a lovely story behind the tea room opening. So clean and such beautiful decor! We look forward to our next visit

Three of us visited today, staff very friendly and efficient. Very clean and well presented eating area. Food very fresh and lots of it, beer on tap severed nice and cold and in its appropriate glass, which dose make all the difference to the taste somehow :) I’ve visited a few times and found the food very tasty and plentiful. Will definitely be returning in the near future. Nice to know they’re open till late evening Friday & Saturday

On our tour of the local countryside we came across Veronicas's larder. The car park was well set out with two designated disabled parking bays. We called to find out if they took walk-in's or just bookings. Even though they prefer bookings, the do allow walk-in's. There is a wheelchair accessible entrance. At the entrance, there is clear signage for covid social distancing procedures, indicating to wait to be shown into building. The member of staff, accommodated the request for a table by the wall. They have an app to order your food and drink on. We place an order for cappuccino and a luxury hot chocolate, both were hot and tasty. We chose to each have a full English breakfast. Each plate comprised of 2 rashers of back bacon, 2 Lincolnshire sausages, 2 fried eggs, 2 hash browns, a grilled half of tomato, a slice of black pudding and a small dish of baked beans, to top it off a slice of toast. Totally stuffed and everything cooked to perfection. There is also some outside tables. The toilets were clean and well set out, the space in the disabled toilet made everything easy. Well worth a visit, book a table as I am sure it gets busy. Looking forward to going again soon.

Delicious meal with the family in this lovely cafe for Saturday lunch. They were able to offer smaller portions of a selection of dishes for those with a smaller appetite, and they cater for vegetarians. Service was good, and they spoke about looking at offering vegan options in the future which would make them 5* for me. The vegetable burger was great though!
