Stopped in as we were hungry and didn't have time for a sit down restaurant before a show. We ordered at the screens (handy) and waited alongside all of the deliveroo drivers. We had to wait a little while as my partner ordered a Veggie burger which had to be cooked from scratch, but in comparison to a restaurant I suppose it's still fast food. The lady behind the counter also reassured us that the food was on it's way, and explained why it had taken a while (we must have looked hungry I suppose). We tried to sit on recently cleaned seats but the lady cleaning asked us to sit in an alternate place as she was trying to close off that corner. She asked politely and seemed a nice lady so we didn't mind. The food was standard maccies and kept us going for a few hours.

This morning, I was very busy and only had half an hour before I had to travel somewhere. Me and two others decided to catch a quick breakfast at your Grimsby Restaurant. However, I was waiting for 20 minutes, I understand you are busy, but the other two had already been served while I was still waiting an unusual amount of time. However, your efficient and we'll majored employee: Lily, tall and blonde hair, overheard our urgency to leave and quickly checked on my order and brought me my food almost instantly after checking what was taking so long. Some would not have done this and I would have been waiting even longer, potentially having to leave and waste money. I appreciate this service and efficiency. Well done. 5/5 service from Lily

Very clean environment and extremely welcoming staff. Order was fast considering how busy they where, and food was warm and what I ordered. Cannot complain will be visiting again ☺️
