Had a lovely afternoon tea, the only thing that we found disappointing was that the scone was a cherry scone. It was ok, however it was not as nice as it could have been.
Lovely venue, excellent customer service and great food.
The afternoon tea was brilliant. At £10 per head instead of £15 was great, but at £15 it would have been worth it too ... also catered for our glucose intolerant friend too ... thanks, we'll be back

Afternoon tea is gorgeous, nice to have a choice of various sandwiches, paninis or toasted sandwiches. Lovely place with friendly staff. Will definitely visit again.
We had afternoon tea for mothers day, the only thing I found disappointing was the desserts. Unfortunately I don't like banana dessert and I didn't like cherries in my scone.
Went last week, didn't book, so happy to eat in rear outdoor area, the food was absolutely delicious, portion size was very generous and good value.
I would give 5 stars for the food, but for the outside space only 3, it needs some prettying up, and a screen put around the bins, as a retired widow
Everything is good; service, ambiance, food; but the cakes are really nice. If you want to treat yourself or someone else with a nice cake this is the place for it.

This place has always done lovely breakfasts and lunches, but it is now also open for evening meals on weekends. We went today and had starters and mains this evening. Beautiful fresh food, brilliant service. Lovely little setting for a nice evening meal. Highly recommend.

After reading great reviews we booked in for cream teas, no dissatisfaction here.
