The staff were very nice and accommodating. I was very sad they had run out of their Portavogie prawn sandwich. Instead I got their chowder which, as a starter/light bite, was very filling. The chowder was made of smoked monkfish and haddock (if I remember right) and a good whack of bacon. This was
Lovely and quaint. Guiness wheaten bread was super fluffy, patรฉ and prawns perfect. Great staff, very welcoming.

This is a gem of a place. We had the sea food chowder followed by the Portavogie scampi and deep fried bree followed by pan fried bass, an excellent meal and a cafe punching well above its weight
Very nice place, friendly staff and good chowder. If it only had a little more seafood it would be exceptional.
Fabulous we find . Very pleasant staff and the food was so fresh I will definitely be back . I recommend the Brie for starters a great portion.
