Popped in by chance , waitress Kirsty was very helpful and service was first class , food was great , nice atmosphere within the restaurant with its modern look and surroundings

Visited with my guest on Sunday evening and was impressed with the experience. Free parking and warm friendly welcome. The restaurant was clean including the floor! The menu offers a good choice of pizza and pasta. We had pizza which was tasty and presented nicely. I’m Coeliac so aware before choosing somewhere to eat. The menu offered a selection of gluten free options, and the staff were fully aware of gluten free requirements. I had confidence in the restaurant’s responsibility. We greeted by a friendly, hospitality professional – Zuza. We were impressed by Pizza Express’s commitment and investment to staff development. It was demonstrated in the special touches which achieve exceptional customer service.
We came to celebrate my sister birthday 🥳 and experienced we had was amazing . The restaurant has been busy but the team never stopped, shout out to Caz our server who went above and beyond with preparing our table lovely balloons and confetti. Big Thanks to the chef who came out to sing happy birthday despite how busy they were . Very highly recommended place

Having just popped in while visiting some shops, was pleasantly surprised what a great atmosphere and service we received. Food was very fresh and tasty. Staff incredibly helpful and friendly. Big shout out to the manager, she went above and beyond to give us great service.
Definitely one of the best pizza express we have visited. Food was very good and excellent service. Always have good gluten free options. Some nice new additions to the menu and would recommend the hot honey doughballs. The Gretna village does sadly seem to be in decline but it was a real pleasure to visit this restaurant and will hopefully return.
Had never tried this restaurant and came here for lunch while shopping in the outlet. Their pizza and pasta were decent, better than I expected.
We are soo tired and hungry as we did our shopping at caledonian park for 3hrs straight without any lunch nor snack. So we werent able to take a photo of our pizza duo but we truly loooove it! We ate it at the bus going home and even its cold its so nice! They never fail our expectations! Even the lemon garlic herb chicken wings is soo lovely! The place itself was well ventilated and very spacious our baby loves the chicken wings and pizza!
Don't go often but excellent service and food. Had a great time out with bairns. Thoroughly enjoyed all our dishes. Attentive and friendly staff.

Family visit with 10 of us for our daughters 13th Birthday Meal and the staff were excellent from the moment we arrived. The food was excellent, came quickly and tasted superb. I can highly recommend the Calzone 'Nduja for anyone that likes a 'Spicy Pizza' it was fantastic.
We brought our own Birthday Cake and Claire provided us with some plates, spoons and even some pots of cream to put on the slices of cake at no charge.
Overall a perfect experience in a nice family restaurant that was very clean with easy parking and a great team serving us.

Amazing place with incredible atmosphere and fantastic service!
Your standard pizza express experience, nice atmosphere, friendly helpful staff. Food was good too and they cater well to gluten free. Only criticism is that if you use the baby change facility in the toilets no one else can use the toilets as it blocks the urinals when folded down.
Great customer service, friendly staff. The manager was helpful in suggesting our foods to our required tastes. We are on vacation from London, and we shall definitely visit Pizza Express in Greatna agian on our visits to Booney Scotland.

Shame it was quiet, but then the whole outlet was quiet.
Quick visit for coffee and tiramisu for my husband and tea and sun dried tomato starter for me ( I'm GF) In and out in 20 minutes. Tables well spaced and very clean. Friendly staff wore masks. Great for a pit stop. Pizzas looked delicious.
Advance Booking Essential. After waiting a couple of weeks to get seated, was made to feel very safe and welcome. Food was awesome, service was fast and professional, and price was extremely reasonable. Would certainly visit again. I recommend the Diavalo if you like spicy. Pizza was slightly bigger than the plate it came on. I had to ask for a carry out box for the quarter I couldn't manage.
