The Old Toll Bar Cafe - Gretna - Photo album

We stopped here for lunch on our way to Scotland. Good access, good food, good prices. It was quiet when we walked in, but it was getting busier as we left. A really enjoyable experience and we wouldnโ€™t hesitate to stop here again.
Great little coffee shop just inside the border between England and Scotland. Lovely friendly and helpful team all working together. Excellent service and food very tasty. ๐Ÿ˜Š๐Ÿ‘ We loved it.
The Old Toll Bar cafe offer really good food and itโ€™s good value . They have midweek specials of a meal and tea or coffee. All the meals were good expect for the Mac and cheese . It was tasty but the portion size was tiny. The other issue was the service was really slow. Not sure if they were having
Stopped at Metal Bridge pub on a Brit Stops site, needed breakfast in the morning, and went to O.T.B.C. Only 5 mins down the road and was well worth going.๐Ÿ˜Š๐Ÿ˜‹
Was very quiet at lunchtime on a Monday in June - we thought it would be packed with tourist coaches. Nice sandwiches, tea and coffee. Cakes looked awesome, but we only had a scone and jam. (Cream not an option. Is that a Scottish thing?) It was the lightest, fluffiest, best scone I've ever had. Wou
Very historic building set in beautiful countryside just into Scotland. Delicious hot chocolate and scones was welcome. Super selection of homemade cakes and good lunch menu
Stopped off for lunch on our way up to Skye. Really convenient stop. Large car park, friendly and welcoming atmosphere and great food. Will definitely stop here again.
Had a lovely breakfast ..staff very friendly and welcoming. Would recommend it
Stopped in for a coffee and a scone, the scones especially were absolutely brilliant. The menu is pretty good, more of a lunch/cafe style but more than enough. Service was great. A great stop off on any journey. 10/10
After visiting Gretna Gateway we popped into the Old Toll Bar Cafe for something to eat. We were too late for the Scottish breakfast which was served between 10am and 11:30am. We ordered a round of sandwiches and chips each, these are served between 11:30am and 2pm. As you can see from my picture
