Busy popular dining Gastro pub with a few people who just drink at the large bar. Multiple rooms with old dining tables and chairs, bookcases and pictures. Lovely large garden with nice surroundings. Always best to book in advance, dogs are allowed, but not in every room. Food is delicious and we
This is lovely a setting right by a lake. The food we had was to die for. It is a bit set back but worth it for the location and the food. Also, the staff are very attentive and accommodating.
Good choice of meals, beautifully cooked. Crowded bar area but restaurant tables quieter even at busy time. Good, friendly service. A bit pricey but not exorbitant for what we enjoyed. Great place.

Just had a fantastic meal here. The 10z steak was cooked to perfection, medium rare and was very tasty. Plenty of chips. We were also allowed to have our dog with us, near the bar. Plenty of parking, though a narrow lane to get to it.
A wonderful country pub, good food, very spacious, lovely outside seating, with a view to a stunning lake.
