I usually have my brekkie in the Manchester Piccadilly branch a couple of times a month. The bacon and coffee are brilliant, the staff are always great and extremely busy, it is normal to have a queue about 5/6 long but you don't have to wait long.
Yesterday whilst I was enjoying my brekkie i saw on no fewer than four occasions people walk up to the sandwich display help themselves and walk out. I mentioned this to one of the staff but he just shrugged his shoulders and said that they were to busy to monitor the display.
It's very uncomfortable for people in the queue and customers at the tables because it you challenge them you get verbal threats.
Gregg need to address this problem by moving the display of having security on the door as all the shops in the vicinity have.
Whitehaven store at the top next to Costa the lasses this morning were great son wanted pizza at 10.30 they put them self's out and made him some so very grateful 5 star
It's Greggs. Tasty snacks for great prices. Steak bake is so good. Sausage rolls also great. Will fill a gap no problem. Fast friendly service.
Considering it was early afternoon, the shop was rather empty of food. The bake was hot and tasty. The coffee was warm ànd the cup was a little emptier than usual.
I love this little Greggs at Greenwich Church Street. It sells delicious sandwiches, pastries, coffee and cold drinks. The staff are friendly. It really feels good and heartwarming to have a pastry and a cup of coffee in a chilly winter day!!!
Staff always polite, always have what I want, however sometimes it can be busy due to being in greenwich however they get the que down quick.

Amazing staff. They didn't have exactly what I wanted - so they cooked it for me specially. Doesn't get better than that! Also tasty inexpensive food.
Their plant base sausage roll are amazing! I never have enough of them!! Delicious!

Always friendly service, great location. I can't really comment on the food because it's the same for every Greggs, but I do love their chicken & bacon baguettes with a large coffee. Sausage, Beans and Cheese Pasties are another favourite.
What fantastic staff always happy & friendly busy shop works like clock work good team working together exceptionally clean shop.. top manageress keeping her staff happy smashing atmosphere food always hot and stocked well most morning queues out the door, but moved very quickly give this bakery 6 stars ⭐️
I filled myself up with a pasty and sausage roll for around £3 which I scoffed on the picnic table behind St Alfege Church. Tasty and great value.
I came here in October 2021 all the way from Detroit Michigan and had a great experience. Jackie was very helpful. The vegan sausage was delicious.
