I had a cream tea. Friendly and polite service. Very relaxing place. Only music was a bit noisy and not so match the place.

Pretty decent place. Great coffee and cakes or macaroons. Not badly priced either and really friendly staff.

Don't usually review but having read previous reviews I feel like Creams Bluewater needs someone on their side. We arrived late afternoon and it was quite busy. There were 8 of us plus a buggy but the wait staff were friendly and were able to seat us quite quickly as another party was just leaving.

Had a birthday table of 10 booked and don't think the staff could have done more to make it an excellent birthday treat. Table set with balloons in addition to balloons supplied... given birthday cake and a gift. Was sung happy birthday and staff were happy to help at all times and very polite. Tabl

I came here last week, didn’t wait for a table, food came out even faster! The staff were really friendly, managers were great! Food was great! Even had to get some cakes for takeaway! Definitely would come back again! Thanks for having me!

Decided to visit for some tea and dessert, don't regret it at all. The staff were very accommodating and nice, was sat at a table as soon as I arrived and had my order at my table within minutes. Looking forward to visiting again, would definitely recommend.

The staff here are so helpful and friendly, the food was amazing!! My new favourite place to eat, wish I decided to go here sooner. Got a lot of goodies to take home but I’ll defiantly be returning very soon! Seeing as it’s such good prices i can afford to keep coming back!

Had a wonderful time on Friday had a lovely experience with a lovely blonde hair girl. She served me a slice of Red velvet cake which was full of flavour. I enjoyed my time very much hope to be there again soon.

Had a great experience here with my friend. The lady knew her stuff leading us to choosing the Italian themed afternoon tea for 2. The decor is beautiful, kind staff, no waiting (we did go on a Wednesday, 2pm), delicious food!
