There wasn't a great deal available off the menu, at the time when we arrived, but what we ordered can have no complaints with. Loaded fries with 4 thighs on top 😋
You know what you get with Nando’s. Food is always on time in this branch. Food is cooked well and staff helpful giving us an appropriate table for baby and pram. Would definitely recommend a try! Love the all together now with halloumi, olives and peri hummus!
Lovely spiced chicken. We had the boneless sharing meal, good choice.
Food was good. You can order from the app if you don't want to go to the tills. Unlimited sauces. I knocked off a star as the drinks machine was not working so they only had coca cola and our order arrived a little late. It was very busy on a Sunday at 5pm. They have seating inside and outside the restaurant but it is a little crapped so not great for wheelchair users or pushchairs. Toilets were clean.
Fast service, staff were friendly. If you're an anxious person, you can order and pay from the app instead of the tills. They can cater for dietary requirements. Food was really delicious with an unlimited selection of sauces to your liking. The bottomless iced tea is lovely!
We had the lemon spiced 1/2 chicken, medium spiced 1/2 chicken with 2 regular peri peri salted fries, corn on cob and 2 regular fries 🍟 and caramel cheesecake for desert costing £17.75 per person.
Food portion was good (we requested to pack what was left) and we really enjoyed our food.
Customer service is also very good and they are friendly.
Very quick service..a very busy place. We orderd chickpeas burger..I orderd it hot but seriously I didn't know it would be soooo hot. It was very tasty never had it before definitely recommend it.
My husband and I visited in the evening there was a queue which went down quickly, we were sat at a 4 table when there was a 2 table behind us free meaning a family has to wait longer in the queue to be seated. We weren't given any glasses for our drinks and had to show our receipt to a waitress we never had the same waiter/waitress twice and there was no customer service from any staff. Not the best nandos we have been too
The chicken wings are delicious. I especially like the hot Peri-Peri sauce.

Visited on at a very busy time (lunch on late May bank holiday) and was extremely impressed. The man greeting was friendly and accurate with wait time (15 mins which was less than I expected given the day / time). The location is within a shopping area so is a little cramped compared to some but the layout had been carefully thought through so did not matter.
The food was excellent and arrived pretty quickly.
What really sets this place apart however is the staff. Our table was near the open kitchen and I could hear how well the staff were cooperating and working as a team. It was very impressive and high quality food was flying out of the kitchen as a result. The front of house staff were equally brilliant. Everyone working together. The manger was getting stuck in and interacted with her staff incredibly well. There was clearly excellent leadership and training, with very high quality staff.
This is not always the case in restaurants and it was quite something to watch and made my day! Well done Nandos Bluewater Winter Garden!
A pretty decent nandos. Standard quality and service as expected. Great layout and right in the centre of BlueWater. Staff were friendly and professional. The food came fairly quick. Wasn't too packed out so we're seated promptly. This place does get rammed on the weekends and a queue is likely around lunch time. Worth a trip if you are ever in the area.
I absolutely love the chicken liver dish! Really spicy! Now on to the negative: there is a really long line before entering this particular branch of Nandos. The layout is also pretty weird otherwise, good food and nice staff!
The service was quick and the staff were extremely good. The manager took extra care as it's our 1st time eating out when we have to be cautious because of allergies. Thanks for a great service.
We had lunch here on a busy Sunday, and wow the place was buzzing but just a bit too much. There was a long queue to get in and then to order food. The waiters were very friendly and the food was great as always. Just if it hadn't been so cramped to walk to and from the table so many times it would be a little more relaxing and restaurant like. This felt a bit like a fast food experience.
I would just like to say a massive personal Thank You to Taylor (The manager, sorry if I spelt the name incorrect). She is very kind, empathetic, and personable. Nothing was too big or problematic for and she handed my customer issue with understanding and efficiency. A very 5 star ambassador for Nandos.

Ordered collection, despite being half hour early the manager got my order cooking so i could collect, she was very friendly and polite, i tried the new flavour " garlic and bbq and i was very happy, it was very tasty.
One of the better Nandos. It's a small venue compared to some other Nandos but because it is inside a big shopping Mall it is fairly airy and the decor is nice. It's always pretty busy but the queue moves fast and the staff are quick and competent. Food is great as always.
This is usually my go to Nandos.
Great food, fast services. Always busy but good all round.
