Front of house and our waitress were great, super friendly, enthusiastic and attentive. We ordered the £5 specials: Gennaro's tagliatelle bolognese with pork and beef and penne pasta with aubergine pesto and flaked almonds. The former was only okay and the latter was very bland. Can't really complain too much for the price. If only the food matched the service!
decided to come here after seating in another local eatery and being disappointed with the menu. I can't praise this place enough. I tried the steak and went for the two course as wife is vegan and wanted to try the truffle starter. She had never had it before and enjoyed it very much, I loved my steak. We enjoyed it so much we went back again the next night with my son and daughter. I ordered the same twice so daughter and I had great steak and the wife two truffle starters, Son enjoyed his meal. I am not a fan of fried chips but these here are the best I have ever had both nights. All the years I have visited Bluewater and never thought to try here.

Me and my partner had a wonderful meal tonight. The food was okay but it was the service that made our visit worth while. Our waitress was a lady called Hilda. We were greeted with smiles and were seated promptly. We were made to feel really welcome despite the fact we had turned up only 35 minutes before closing.
I've never had a bad meal at Jamie's and I've been loads. If you like tasty, quality, interesting food, I highly recommend you go. The cocktails are also amazing. Don't listen to the anti Jamie brigade, if you want a great meal without stupid prices come here. And the staff are always friendly and courteous too, bonus.
See this has quite a few bad reviews & I didn’t go to eat here by choice but I’m glad I did. Had a starter of crab bruschetta which for a change for bruschetta wasn’t on tiny bits of over cooked cardboard. To be fair it was more like crab on toast but it was lovely. Wine wasn't too expensive and super chilled which is nice and my steak was very good and cooked perfectly. Staff were very friendly and efficient even though they were greatly understaffed due to the chains uncertainty. All in all I didn’t plan to go, not somewhere I would have chosen to go, but was taken and very surprised and now somewhere that I shall go again.
Lovely meal with my friend. Atmosphere was pleasant and quiet. Service professional and friendly at the same time. Meals were very tasty and polenta chips were nice and in abundance. Even better if starters would have been a little more accessible in price.
Had to wait for a table fair enough was called to a table which was good but the chairs were metal. I declined due to my husband and I having arthritis. We were happy to wait, only 5 mins later offered a half booth but to accommodate us it was a table for 4 , very greatful (10/10), we had the lunch menu which we often cannot eat 1 course as it was such better value and we both had two courses , the fish on the lunch menu was delightful . We both had steak and hubby's was great but we had asked for a longer break due to being very full from the starter (it's not a complaint ) the waitress Tara was just amazing! She needs recognition ! Great time due to great service (2nd time she has served us) will carry on returning just for her attentiveness !
Been to a few of Jamie's Italians.
Went here on 15th September, been a few times before that as well. Always had a good meal and good service. Service was really good this time as well, really friendly and made sure we had everything we needed.
The restaurant was very quiet so maybe things could change if it was more busy.
Would diffidently go again.

We had a lovely lunch with our 2 year old daughter. Really friendly staff. Good service and lovely food. I really liked that they took time to make our toddler feel welcomed. Definately will visit again 😊
