Amazing food with great service. The new Brisket burger is to die for. Looking forward to our next visit.
As a GBK virgin, the food was fantastic cooked to perfection, brilliant service not to fast not too slow , chatty helpful staff to the burger introduction, lovely unusual drinks just all round quality

Pretty decent burger. I made use of the £9 lunch deal which included a Classic Beef Burger, Fries and a drink. Relatively speaking, that is a great deal - that is Burger King money but far superior.
I love that GBK give you an option of how you would like your burger cooked from rare up to well done. However, I think this is where they can fall down a bit though as it means they need to get it right. I asked for 'medium', and it came out more 'medium to well done'. Saying that, it was a really good burger and if they just cooked it like that without giving any options then there wouldn't be any issues, but when they offer to cook it a certain way, then they should. They're creating expectations that clearly show it is hard to keep up with. It was similar with my Son's burger, he asked for 'medium to well done', and it was clearly 'well done'. Back to my food though, the toppings were pretty good, the glazed bun was nice and the fries were decent. It would be a 5 star rating but for the expectations around how they cook your burger. This hasn't put us off at all though, we will be returning with our other Son but we'll ask for the lower level of cooked than we actually want, so I'll ask for 'Rare' to hopefully get 'Medium'.
Pretty good place for a quite lunch, staff dident bother us once and just let us enjoy our meal. Burger was perfectly cooked to my request, could do with bigger portions of fries and larger plates, would be 5 star if they had a soda machine and offered bottomless drink. Even the fussy kids enjoyed the food.
Great quality food and reasonable lunch deals 9 quid for a burger side and drink. Bluewater team were friendly and efficient. Only drawback - as had sensory kid with me was loud radio in background conflicting with background music as we were sitting near the kitchen. Will definitely be back. Thank you 😊

If I could grade onion rings by the amount of times that my partner said "Mmm, these are really good," then the massive stack of rings that we got at GBK would probably rate five Mmms. At least. We visited the restaurant simply because they claim to have homemade onion rings, and really didn't expect much. The dining experience is a little strange in that we were seated then abandoned- our host told us any orders could be made through an app otherwise it's our responsibility to go to the counter and hand in our orders ourselves. An odd situation for a dine in restaurant, but we definitely didn't download the app. I felt a bit badly since I imagine this isn't an environment that inspires much in the way of tips for the staff either.
After a brief chat about how yes, we really do mean to order only onion rings everywhere we go we were served the most whopping stack of rings that I may have seen in all of England. Some easily as large as a salad plate, with what looked like a panko crust. And they were perfect, cooked all the way through despite the large size with a satisfyingly crunchy texture encasing onions that were still lovely and sweet. I'm not likely to underestimate a chain restaurant again.
Great food, absolutely love their burgers fresh when eating in - the place is unbelievable quiet every evening with lots of seating so if you want a quieter atmosphere this is the place. Service is always nice too, massive fan
There shouldn't be any empty seats here, the food, staff and drinks were amazing beginning to end! I have a peanut allergy which I felt they took very seriously and they were very attentive! It's become out go to food place in Bluewater!
First time going here, staff were incredibly friendly and swift and the food did not disappoint, absolutely delicious and would definitely go again
Fab place for a very tasty and well cooked meal. Teddy and the team looked after us brilliantly (we have a disabled daughter and nothing was too much trouble for the guys at GBK). The negative reviews below do not reflect our experience at all: all of the food was steaming hot, utterly delicious, managed to taste healthy and not at all greasy (quite some feat for a burger joint) and the staff were just so lovely. My daughter said it was best Aperol spritz she'd ever had and the milkshakes are to die for. I'm still thinking about my chocolate shake now!
Really good burgers and sides. Proper onion rings which seem to be harder to find now. Shame they've done away with their rosemary fries.
Bought an burger and chips for my break as I wanted to treat myself , was amazing ordered it 2 hours b4 I wanted it and when I collected its was ready to go ..lovely service and yummy burger and yummy chips , just what I needed , freshly cooked food, I have the avocado and bacon beef burger. 🥑🥓🍔🍟good price too .

Lovely help from staff, one girl who I don't know the name and Cole. Very nice and helpful. Delicious food as always and the chef was very sweet too
