Really nice food and came out unbelievably quick! The only slight problem was... When you spend £3.40 on a diet coke you don't expect to be given a can! Glass bottle would of been better value for money

Top notch, great new menu, the quality of the service and the food has definitely gone up in Byron since we were here last, the coleslaw was amazing and the beef patty’s were to die for, this restaurant is a must visit its really worth it. Special mention to Charlie who looked after us really well and kept our drinks topped up, thank you.

Burguers are amazing and there's a gluten-free bun. Staff do not wear masks and I didn't see them sanitising hands once.
Visited the Bluewater Byron having eaten there while in London before. I enjoyed my dinner and the halloumi fries which I'd definitely recommend.
Few reasons for not giving the 5*. My wife didn't like the meaty texture of her veggie option burger and there only seemed to be 2 non meat burgers.
Also it was reasonably expensive for what it was which I don't mind if you both enjoy your meal but on this occasion we were split.
Oh my god... I can't tell you how much I missed these godly byron burgers. They seriously are the best ones I've ever had!! If I could give this a 6/5 I would. The burgers are amazing on their own but the MILKSHAKES!!! The oreo milkshake was heavenly 🤤.

I ordered onion rings and a classic for collection- I was worried about the cook on the burger (I asked for well done) and it was perfect. These are the best onion rings ever, large and crispy. I guess the price could have been a bit cheaper, but inflation crisis is probably why. Overall, I love it.
Lovely grilled food 😋 and the service was top notch, the waitress was very informative and new everything, handled our questions about the menu with confidence. Healthy food with a great menu 😋 shakes were amazing and I highly recommend the stir fry vegetables and chicken wings and you can substitute your sides aswell so go for the sweet potato fries. Portions were a reasonable size but I opted to get mine with no bun so it would've been bigger. Overall great experience for the family 👪 highly recommended.
I can’t tell you how much I missed Byron during quarantine and with my local store closed. Blue water’s branch was a great experience. All staff members were interactive, helpful in informing
me of COVID guidelines. The meal speaks for itself so I have attached a picture.
So.. You can get any of the burgers from the menu as a veggie or vegan option. This was one of the nicest vegetarian burgers I have ever had, thank you for not throwing a bean burger at me! 😂 The staff are also really friendly and great, will absolutely be back next time we pop to Bluewater.
Greated with kindness and asked if we had allergies which assures us that they want to look after their customers. The food was great and the portions are respectable, I would say that the drinks are a bit OTT on price as you only get a can however overall it was a nice dinner

The service and atmosphere was great, but the halloumi fries were the best I've ever had.
Great service. We came 8 minutes before the kitchen closed and they didn't turn us away and stayed till 10 even though they closed at 9. They didn't rush us and service was perfect from pickle. I didn't get his name bit that's what his shirt said.
Myself , my wife and son visited here last Monday evening. We had to wait for about 15 minutes to be seated although it wasn't to full capacity. It was due to a low amount of staff I think . We each had a burger 🍔 meal. The burgers were pretty big and a had a lovely flavour. Fries were also really nice. Three meals and three soft drinks came to around £60 which isn't too bad. I would recommend this place.
