I visit the base cafe every now and then, usually to co-work from, the wifi is excellent, the service is outstanding - my dog is given treats and the food offering is of good selection. The space is a really pleasant despite busy place to visit.
I'll be back again.
We come here every week after a walk on Greenham Common.
A peaceful environment with good coffee, cakes and sandwiches, although some of the food is not always of the same standard eg the disappointing noodle pots and the lack of 'real' ketchup and brown sauce for the bacon rolls but generally a very pleasant place to relax.
The baked goods are absolutely superb. The sourdough bread full of flavour, and the rosemary loaf delightful. The bacon roll my companion had was just the right size and very tasty. Nice interiors. The staff were friendly and helpful.
A friend and I go here every week.

1ST time visit,not over busy so plenty of seats.Staff very welcoming and happy to help.Just Decafe Americano and a sausage bap ,tasty sausages which is always a good start as so many pla
ces use cheap ones but not here.Coffee was exceptional for a decafe ,again some places the decafe isn't always up to scratch....so top marks.Plenty of parking and a good secure bike rack and only a 5 minute walk off Greenham common.

Was looking for somewhere for a drink and stumbled across Honesty at The Base. Thought I'd taken a wrong turn as entrance is past a security office to a big industrial estate. Food a service was great though, milk shake got a thumbs up

I really like the location and the staff are so friendly and the cafe is welcoming. The coffee is ohkey but I will try again during the week (went on a Saturday at lunch time so they were a tad busy!!) Have a great range of food and drink and plenty of vegan options wow!! Defo recommend to you if you're vegan!! Will be returning!!🐰⭐
