AMAZING !!! Absolutely amazing experience at “Ci Tua “! despite being very busy , the staff were very friendly & efficient , we had a great dinner : we had a selection of starters from calamari ( very very tasty & light indeed ) to a very refreshing octopus salad , and the aubergine parmigiana again very tasty but light too , supplì ( a rare find in London ) lovely and oozy , and great freshly cut sourdough bread ! As a main we have had some incredible spaghetti clams ( the best we have ever had in the UK ) and a proper pasta Cacio & Pepe as good as any top restaurant in Rome , also had “Porchetta “ roast pork which was cooked perfectly and extremely tender , with some lovely pan fried chicory and roast potatoes on the side ! Luckily we have tried the dessert : the pistacchio tiramisu is the best we have ever had ! And also shared some amazing fresh cream brioche 🥐 maritozzo and some lovely strawberry with syrup and cream ! Yummy 🤤 The drinks and wine selection is also very good , including the most important Italian wines ! We had a bottle of Pecorino , a lovely refreshing white wine from Abruzzo / central Italy !

Lovely restaurant having an Italian vibe. The owner was very friendly and welcoming . Everything is homemade the bread, the pasta and if it's not homemade it's very fresh. We had to try the bruschetta, pizza and pasta! It was mouthwatering, the vegan pizza was amazing, one of the best pizzas I have ever tasted. The pasta was cooked Al dente, no cheese, salt or pepper needed. Last but not least, please make room for desert, you definitely have to try the tiramisu, it was to die for. A must visit! You will not be disappointed for sure!

Note - I had read other general reviews and am appalled by the restaurants response. We personally had a great time at the restaurant. We enjoyed the food and the wine. The atmosphere was nice and the restaurant provided us great service.

Do I have enough words to describe how amazing CI TUA, is? You eat and you feel in Rome. I went with my friend last Saturday and I can't wait to come back again. A very cosy, welcoming place, you need to go to understand how excellent the food is. We had carciofi alla Giudea outstanding presentation they looked like flowers on the plate; supplí di riso was so tasty; cacio a pepe pasta, still dreaming of it; tonnarelli alla amatriciana, super. The wine was fantastic and thank you Jacopo for the red wine suggestion. Superb Porchetta, when you eat it you feel you are from Rome in your DNA! Desert incredible! The staff is amazing: Jacopo thank you you have been amazing since we walked in. Valentino thank you so much for coming to the table and not just bringing the food but also your joyful personality. Michele thank you for being very kind and helpful to find the best table for us. Vincenzo, the chef, the king of the kitchen! Your food is good! Thank you. Last but not least, my friend and I were lucky enough to meet the owner, Stefano, thank you for making us feel at home and see you soon. Susanna Fataki

A piece of Rome in the heart of Portobello Road. Pure roman food, properly prepared. Ettore gave us a nice table outdoor in the backyard. The food is absolutely wonderful. We've got handmade fresh egg tonnarelli all'amatriciana and tonnarelli cacio e pepe. If you want to give a try to the real italian food this is the right place to visit. Definitely will be back

I had a wonderful dining experience at this restaurant. From the warm greeting upon arrival to the attentive service throughout, I felt truly welcomed. The staff's recommendations added an extra layer of enjoyment to the meal. The homemade food and desserts were simply delightful, with the Tiramisu and Gnocchi standing out as excellent choices. My only reservation was the pricing, as the portions seemed a bit on the smaller side for the cost. Despite that, the overall experience was delightful and the flavors certainly left a lasting impression.

An extraordinary restaurant! This is authentic italian cuisine and just made the first spot in my list of favorite restaurants in London! The food is outstanding. Fresh is made with the best ingredients you can possibly have. An explosion of flavors in every single bite of any dish you choose. Great staff, which makes you feel totally comfortable. If you are around London or in a vicinity, you have to make this stop! Everything on the menú is fantastic... Try the pasta Carbonara, Fettuccine ai Porcini, pasta vongole, Meatballs appetizers, Porchetta Crocante . Love the Tiramisù and Maritozzo con Panna.... You won't regret it!🍷

Very very pleasantly surprised. When you come across Ci Tua, you might think just another Italian restaurant in west London. But it’s really not. You had 2 starters and 2 mains, and they were all excellent. The carbonara makes you think you might actually be sat in a piazza in Rome. Would highly recommend.

One of the best Italian restaurants in London, without a doubt, it is a true Italian restaurant. The food and people are spectacular. The prices are accessible to everyone. A great experience. I recommend trying it one day.

Great food. I come from Rome and this restaurant had food as good as my hometown. We tried suppli, the carbonara and cacio & pepe and they were amazing. The staff is very polite and friendly and prices were good, considering the location. Highly recommended!

Amazing restaurant! I came with my friend, and we both had our best service in a very long time. Everyone was helpful and attentive; the chef even talked to us to give us recommendations according to my dietary restrictions. The food was superb, very high quality and delicious. The waiter also explained us that all the wines are Bio and imported from Tuscany.

Situated on Portobello road at first sight you would think it's a tourist trap, but as you enter you are warmly welcomed by an Italian family cooking great and authentic dishes from Roma. I was not expected much but got really pleasantly surprised at the end. Recommended if you are in the area of Notting Hill.

I stumbled upon this restaurant while on a walk, and I really could say that this is one of the best places to go for food, and for great value. Everything we ordered was delicious, it reminded me of the dishes from the med. Everything was seasoned perfectly, and the service was tremendous, and authentic. Would recommend
