Lovely staff at Starbucks, Synita was very helpful and provided a good service! Made for a good start to our trip. Airport Starbucks are usually not good but this one was great. Keep up the good work.
Came here 7am. We were called to the front quickly, she took out order and retrieved it. I saw someone complaining that the cashier didn’t smile. No, but not was not she rude. I’m pretty sure they have to deal with entitled customers all the time, they are busy and have an alloy of customers to shuffle through. They weren’t rude, it’s a win for me. They allowed me to fill up my water bottle at the pump and gave me an extra cup for water. However, the water was GROSS! Tasted like lime disease and iron. So dont fill up on water there. But Quick and seamless.
Shachveer was a fantastic customer service staff. She maintained her professionalism and smile with every customer she served and continued on with her excellent customer service, thank you so much for your service
It was a stressful morning for us. But Kingsly was amazing. His friendly approach, positive smiling face made a good start to our holiday. Coffees were good.

I write this because I was compiled by the staff to post a review, so here I am as I sip on my venti and munch on my BeyondMeat butty. Top marks for being able to handle such a volume of people 2 queues, 6 tills and about 10 staff operating the tills, grills and coffee machines. The coffee is the usual, I kept it simple just an Americano need the hit seeing as it is 6am and I have another hour to go before my flight.
I am writing this review on behalf of my mother Sabrina. Simran and Maria provided the best customer service to my mother (in her words the best that she has ever received)

This place was a godsend in the middle of this hectic place. Traveling is wild these days and Kingsley was amazing and has great hair. So kind and helpful, and everything was so fast!

I had a great experience at the busy Starbucks in Terminal 5 Airport. Despite the rush, the service was impressively quick and professional. I ordered a Caramel Frappuccino, and the staff member assisting me was not only friendly but also ensured I received the correct order. Her professionalism and composure, even during the busy period, made the visit enjoyable. I highly recommend this Starbucks for its exceptional service.
Nice friendly staff, especially the barista's Synita (pictured...See? Look how friendly she is!!) and Moe. Both are so polite and always smiling 😁
Lovely selection of drinks and food. The usual Starbucks standard. Yes, sometimes there's a queue but it's fast moving.
Would recommend over other coffee places in Terminal 5A. 😃

Expect to queue as its a busy site. However our server was excellent and joined in when we gave loony toon names.
