Given the location, the place was not overly expensive or crowded. Good for catching up on some work. The staff was very friendly, and it's pretty cool to see the coffee beans traveling around the place in tubes (you'll get it when you come ;) overall, nice clean place

I heard people queuing up to pay encourage the staffs that in one day they can replace Starbucks. Actually I love the technologies they are using to cater bean processes. Hope one day they can also use technology to seamlessly handle the drip process. Coffee and Pastries are quick and good.
You can quite easily miss this coffee shop when visiting London bridge as you will be busy taking in the sights and busy bodies everywhere around it but this is a place like no other coffee shop.
