We had a wonderful experience at this cat cafe. Having owned cats my entire life, I know exactly what to expect - if they want to say hello, they will! We ordered food and drinks and were really impressed with the selection, especially as we are vegan. The staff were incredibly accommodating. Whilst we were eating and drinking, a couple of cats did indeed come to us and explored the area around. It was entertaining to watch and they did allow us to fuss them a little. We did get up and had a look around after a little while, as some of the cats were having a bit of an afternoon snooze. Maverick especially had made himself rather comfortable under some blankets. One of the staff members said that he does love some fuss so I got to cuddle him like a little baby whilst he was all snuggled up and I nearly cried at how cute he was. We will definitely be back. You can tell how much the cats are loved and how well looked after they are!

A lovely place to eat if you have a love for cats! Me and my girlfriend came here as she loves cats and I wanted to surprise her. The cats here are ever so cute and they are very calm and friendly. The owners are also very kind people and it’s clear they take good care of the cats. The food here is also great and I usually get the waffles. Will be back here again !

I had the most incredible experience at the cat lounge! The atmosphere was calming and cozy, creating the perfect environment for both humans and the adorable feline residents. Coconut was an absolute delight, feeling very social, and spent quality time with me, showcasing the genuine care given to these furry friends. Teddy, Stanley, Maverick, and Ernie each had their unique charm, and I cherished every moment spent with them. We booked in advance, and were in two days later. The voicemail is clear, concise and tells you all you need to know. Booking in advance ensures the safety and comfort of the cats, which is a top priority. While some may find the booking process inconvenient, it's essential to remember that it's for the well-being of these wonderful cats. Don't be swayed by misleading comments – this cat lounge is a haven for cat lovers, offering a chance to connect with these amazing animals in a responsible and enjoyable way.

We had afternoon tea at the cat lounge. This was good value for money. Honest sandwiches, great scones and amazing cake. The venue took time in advance to tailor the afternoon tea to what we liked. The lounge currently has 5 cats and a whole host of retro toys, games and interesting things to look at. All the staff were very welcoming and looking after the needs of the customers and the residents🐈‍⬛. Booking is best but they do have a daily slot at 3pm that you can queue up for, first come first served.

We have been a visitor at darling darlings when we are on our holidays for the last few years. Used to go when they were at their old shop and it continues to be the place we all want to make sure we visit. The staff are welcoming and friendly and clearly care a lot for the cats. The cats wander around but also the two sphinx are often found curled up at the back. We find it really helpful that they clearly state opening times and when to call them for bookings. Tho we all had a laugh this year when the phone lines were playing up and we all sounded like aliens. I wish we lived closer to yarmouth as we would be regular customers for sure. I wish we could stay for longer as the time flies by but understand they have lots of people wanting to visit :-)

I came here with my partner as neither of us had been to a Cat Café before. We both had canned drinks and Victoria Sponge which was really nice. We didn’t try any other food on the menu but saw milkshakes come out to other customers that looked amazing, some items like the sandwiches were a little pricey so we skipped them. Staff were kind and helpful, including Lewis who took the time to show us a range of 90s and 00s phones and helped us order them by age, which was interesting. Cats were adorable and had such lovely temperaments, they allowed you to give them a fuss while they purred and fell asleep. The fact they don’t overcrowd the cafe with people and tables with loads of cats, just to please the customer, shows how much they genuinely care for the cats they have there!

Visited for the second time today, and was once again super impressed with everything. The staff are amazing, the cats are adorable and they are so so good with dietary requirements. Me and my boyfriend are dairy intolerant could have the same milkshakes as everyone else, but made with dairy free milk, plus the trillionaire tart was incredible. What a fantastic place for these rescued cats, they are so good with everybody and are clearly loved by all. The staff go above and beyond for everybody and they couldn’t do a better job!

A really lovely cat café with a great atmosphere and feel to it, staff were accommodating and welcoming and the cats although sleepy were incredibly friendly and lovable. I wasn't able to have ice cream as they had unfortunately run out but it was still a wonderful experience and the food was great otherwise.

Loved it, the retro deco is great, like walking back to my childhood. Seeing the cats was a massive bonus. Would of liked more time there. I would definitely recommend .
