I had the home smoked ribs which were the best I've ever had.
Also very good value, dinner for 7 adults including drinks and cocktails was about £35 a head
First time eating here. However, we have had drinks in the bar before. They offer a good choice of cocktails and other options.
The food is nice, my mum and I chose the pulled pork with the rosemary fries and coleslaw, all very flavorful. The beef brisket was tasty as well, which my mother in law and wife had. The sizes of the portions are deceiving. We were full and couldn't finish it all, a solid 9/10 for the meal.
The staff are helpful, generally polite, and friendly. We will definitely be back.
Very welcoming. Clean and hospitable accommodation. Excellent food with impeccable service. Breakfast had a good selection of fruit juices, pastries, cereals, toast, jams and marmalades. The hot freshly cooked bacon, eggs, sausages and tomato were accompanied by a tureen of baked beans. Tea or coffee in pots with fresh milk. Served by the friendliest of ladies.
If you want a guaranteed good nights sleep with a "set you up for the day" breakfast then you won't be disappointed.

They give keys for separate houses and we stayed in pearl house , down the road. It was amazing.
There were rooms like a full house and two floors.
Visited for a wake in a side room. Excellent furniture so comfortable. Great selection of food, hot samosas, crab cakes, sausage rolls and chicken gougons. Lovely sandwiches. Very nice and ideal place. Will be happy to go there again. Super location.

Came for afternoon tea as a birthday treat for my Nan. 3 of us. All staff were really lovely and helpful, very attentative. Food was really nice! Good selection and plenty of! We checked out the normal menu whilst there and will be back to try something else. Beautiful view of the beach from the outside dining area. Really nice place and very happy with all aspects of our visit
Highly recommend this place, it has a great atmosphere and boasts a roof top terrace with stunning sea views, ideal for any occasion, from afternoon teas, baby showers and private parties.
We had drinks on the roof terrace followed by roast dinner which was substantial and delicious.
Great atmosphere and child friendly it even had an outdoor children's playground on the roof terrace which the kids found to be great fun.
Delicious food, great location and service along with friendly and helpful staff. Already looking forward to our return to sample the rest of the menu.
We arrived early for Sunday lunch and as it was a beautiful day, we sat outside on the terrace for drinks overlooking the sea. Gorgeous location and lots of others doing the same.
When we went inside it was very modern and the interior was very bright with lots of greenery. A real hidden gem.
Lunch was gorgeous I had the roast pork! Lovely Yorkshire pudding and cauliflower cheese in separate dishes included (which was a bonus).
At least 4 of our group looked at hotel prices as keen to return.

We were given a voucher for afternoon tea as a present to use at the Cliff Hotel and it was really pleasant, the actual afternoon tea was okay, there was plenty on offer however very heavily sweet based, it would've been nicer to have a few more savory items to choose (Personal preference). One thing I can not fault is the service. We had Nicole and Jack serving us, and they were so attentive and polite.
Some of the normal menu items that we saw being served to others looked delicious, so we would definitely come back for a meal.
Beautiful hotel, large spacious rooms, and great service. The food was delicious, and they cater for allergies as well. The grounds of the hotel are beautiful, and there are lots of outdoor spaces to sit. They have a good selection of wines, and the service was impeccable. I will definitely visit again.
Popped in on Sunday for a bite to eat at lunchtime. Ric managed to find us a table for 6 on the terrace despite no booking. Nice food and drinks. Loved the calamari and the kids were very happy. Ric and Charlee could not be faulted with their superb service looking after us very well. The Cliff Hotel terrace is such a lovely spot for food and drinks.
Beautiful hotel, stunning beach views from the outdoor covered and/or open roofed large decked area with heat lamps, great food too 👍
